Is not paradise at all!!! Could use some ventilation

-i had a late check in at 2 am on Monday and payed a full 1 day stay on Sunday I didn’t mind that
But when I asked for a late checkout at 4 instead of 12 they only allowed me till 2 pm
- I arrived early morning at past 2 am and found a difficult time trying to pay through my valid credit card and stayed over 30 min trying till I solved it by paying through the booking app
- the property furniture and and breakfast is very poor
The building looks old from outside but we enjoyed the room with the sea view. Open buffet breakfast was clean and had many choices.
The staff was great, very friendly. The rooms are clean.
The hotel is big, looks nice from the outside, but needs to be updated.
The shower was leaking, the paint was peeling off the walls. Breakfast had very few choices, poor.
Be aware, even though the hotel has a private beach access, it's not free, today was 250tl per person. We ended up going to the public beach.
Overall not bad, located in a quite and safe neighborhood

Room is excellent, roomy and very warm Cleaner is excellent. The breakfast area is gloomy. No staff or waters the breakfast is so bad that we went out to buy breakfast. No milk we asked for milk for cereals and was given a carton of milk. Not even a jug The fried eggs on display were unedible and cold. The chips also inedible and cold. We ordered an omelette which was underdone with raw egg inside. In the restaurant the price of drinks was outrageous. The only wine available was Villa Dalucca which was 195 lira a bottle in the supermarket as a cheap wine a bottle in the hotel was 1440 lira a bottle which in our view was totally unacceptable. The hotel should offer a variety of wine at realistic prices. The food in the restaurant was acceptable The shuttle service to the hospital was very reliable and a good service
We really hope that you are able to correct some of these comments in which case the hotel would benefit with much happier guests

Her zaman tercih ettiğim, konaklamaktan büyük keyif aldığım bir otel. Resepsiyondan başlayan güler yüzlü ve her daim yardımsever personeli, sizi rahat ettirmek için gösterdikleri çaba, konumu, odalarının manzarası ile memnun kalmamanız neredeyse imkansız.

The room was not cleaned properly, the aircondition was loud and inefficient, the towels were unhygienic, the breakfast was poor, only the staff was friendly, however the wake-up call did not come as promised. The hotel room was in a miserable and worn out maintenance state -

No options that were described. No airport shuttle. No swimming pool. No shuttle to the beach. No beach towels. Beach is not private. Towels were not clean after room service. Only guy on reception did his work perfectly. Breakfast has a poor variety of food.
Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful
Manzarası ve kus sesleri harikaydı. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve sevecen. Otel zaten tadilat döneminde. Kendini yenileyen bir otel çok belli. Sadece oda tasarımlarını yenileme sırasında biraz daha özenli olabilirdi. Aslında otelin yer ve bakımlı olmasından dolayı böyle bir beklentiye giriyor. Yoksa gerçekten çok keyifliydi.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Rooms cleaned and bins emptied every day. Sheets changed twice in 8 days towels changed every other day. Food ok. Breakfast European / Turkish style but we managed. Mehmet in the breakfast room was fantastic and very welcoming. Reception staff friendly and helpful my only moan is that they didn't speak enough English. Very close to the sea with a lovely sea wall walk. Easy transport to lots of other areas by bus or marmary train. Would definitely return
