Nice spot. Typical over priced ski lodge.
Pros:

Very easy check in and out. Beautiful room and pool set up. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Cons:

$11 for two cups of black mediocre coffee. The cashless system and whatever the heck the load noise was starting at approximately 215 am through almost 4 am.

Pros:

Estar dentro da área de ski foi muito bom, pois podíamos entrar e sair, ir ao quarto descansar e voltar, almoçar no quarto. Ter lareira que ajudava a aquecer o quarto. Fácil check in e check out.

Cons:

Não ter uma vassoura ou aspirador, pois temos mania de limpeza de Brasileiros.

Clean, comfortable and attentive.
Pros:

We stayed over during a snowstorm and the staff was wonderful and attentive even considering the difficulties with the snow. The hot tubs and heated pool are great after a day in the mountain.

My experience with Mountain Creek Resort through Booking.com was extremely disappointing and felt like deliberate misleading. I attempted to change my reservation dates on Dec 26. A resort employee initially confirmed it was possible and that I'd receive email confirmation. Later, I was told to go through Booking.com. Over multiple calls and emails on Dec 26-27, the resort gave conflicting information, repeatedly assured me they were handling it, and claimed my name wasn't on the check-in list so "don't worry."
By Dec 28, they suddenly said the reservation had expired and nothing could be done, refusing to provide proof of any response to Booking.com's requests or let me speak to a manager. This runaround wasted hours and resulted in losing the full cost of the booking. Poor communication, zero accountability, and what felt like intentional delays to avoid assisting. Strongly advise caution when booking directly or dealing with date changes.

The only positive of this property was the pool area

Cons:

Terrible customer service, there is no actual 24/7 staff on the property for questions or concerns. Apparently this is a airb&b style resort so toiletries and towels are not replenished. The furniture is all so dirty. The fridge was leaking and ruined a bunch of food to which maintenance said "I am just glad it is not on the outside. Was supposed to get a few hundred dollars refunded for food that was ruined by the fridge leaking and they never sent it and made some excuse when I made a complaint to the BBB.

11 pm we are In our bedroom and somebody tried to enter the room and , in fact digited the door code and it worked!! I had to jump out of the bed and suddenly the “intruder” closed the door… not so nice experience given that my sons the night before were alone for about 15 minutes … the hotel MUST checked what happened there… that’s trespassing

Pros:

check in checkout process was very simple. However, it was very upsetting how expensive coffee and the gift shop was eight dollars for a Jimmy Dean sandwich is absolutely outrageous for what you pay. There is truly no customer appreciation or Value in there.
