Very shabby property and extremely disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good and Sonny at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

It was shabby, unkempt and a definite disappointment. The hallway carpet squares were loose and peeling. A chair at our end of the hallway had springs sticking out the bottom. Our room was dusty, no bedside lamps, the door to the toilet was extremely difficult to open and close. There were dark bits that looked like flakes of chocolate between the bed and the windows on an obviously poorly vacuumed carpet.

Best guest experience I have ever had for a hotel stay!
Pros:

I had two separate stays in the month of march. I was in town for a business trip and both stays were top notch. Sonny was the gentleman that I had the pleasure of dealing with and he was simply amazing! Sonny was a pleasure to speak with and made my stay a memorable experience. When I arrived for my second trip Sonny remembered me and greeted my like we were old friends. It felt nice to be welcomed back, not as just another customer, but a welcomed and valued guest. I look forward to returning in the future and hope to see Sonny on the next trip. 5 Stars!

Cons:

The shower never heated up. Lukewarm. Brrrrr

Toilet flange slow-leaked, so it ran intermittently. Forgot to tell them until check out-they apologized and noted it for repair.

No microwave so no way to heat water for bedtime tea. The keurig isn’t for me.

Positives far outweighed the negatives, but would have been a 10 if the shower was warm. Did not enjoy that lol.

Great design elements, not so great execution.
Pros:

I liked the attempt of design and uniqueness of this hotel.

Cons:

There were multiple issues and while some were minor, like the tv backlight being broken causing the screen to have grid of white patches. What I really didn’t like was the floor not being vacuumed and counters not wiped down. One thing that really can’t be fixed is that the floor noise is quite loud. The person above us walked back and forth for a long time at 3am keeping us awake even while we had a sound machine running. If you were to stay here, request the top floor.

It was a decent hotel, but there was nothing special about it.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The bed was terribly squeaky every time you moved, it squeaked. The mattress was not that comfortable, and the pillows weren't either. A temporary charge of $150.00 was placed on my credit card for incidentals, which I think is very high considering the lack of amenities at the hotel.
