Great location. Clean rooms and spacious hallway.
The TV in the room is way too small and the Netflix button on the remote control does not work. I can’t even log onto my account to watch the show I wanted.
Toilet paper was down to almost nothing on the roll and the staff didn’t bother to change it out to a new roll for us to use.
The rooms were lovely, the staff were lovely. We were only here for a brief 1 night stop and it was wonderful. We stayed in the USA for 14 nights and stayed in 6 hotels and the 1 night here was by far the best of them all. The hotel is close to places to eat and places to grab some essentials.
Honestly its massively personal and maybe an Australian thing, but the only thing Id have changed about the stay would be to have a separate toilet entrance rather from inside the bathroom (the toilet in the bathroom had a door but as a family with teenagers was not an option to use the toilet while someone was showering)
Beautiful lobby/snack bar there to get breakfast/clean
Bed was really uncomfortable. No one got much sleep that night.
I liked how this hotel is close to the Buffalo airport like 7 mins drive which was convenient! The only thing I didn’t like was the bed it was uncomfortable so couldn’t sleep that well but other than that I enjoyed the room and bathroom and it’s clean.
The classic chandeliers and high ceilings at the entrance are beautiful & inviting. Room size was good and bathroom very nice & clean.
The bed was not that comfortable. I think it’s time to get new beds. The technology not that great. No USB or any ports. The smart TV doesn’t load due to poor connection to internet. No microwave in room so to warm up food, you have to go to front desk area to use a microwave.
Location
Bed was squeaky every time you moved. Carpets were stained, coming up and filthy. WiFi speed was 15, very slow. Room was never vacuumed.
Location was good, very close to the airport
Coffee maker in the room didn’t work and we had to pay for coffee in the lobby. No iron. We did get a working iron but no offer of any relief for the coffee. We had neighbors that were very loud as apparently there was a wedding on the property and a few room parties on our floor and the room below. The room wasn’t cheap so these were annoyances I wouldn’t expect to deal with.
Dinner was delicious.
The sheets were very rough and there was dust on the dresser.
The property is clean. The staff were so friendly! The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was so big! Shower was great! The room in the shower was plentiful!
We only got a partial roll of toilet paper and no backup for 3 girls. There was no ice machine. You had to call the front desk to get it delivered. The shuttle didn’t run during the time we needed it. Having a shuttle and being so close to the airport are the reasons we booked the hotel.
Room was nice but way too much noise from room above and the TV in the next door room. The TV next door was on loudly all evening and at 9:45 pm I had to call the front desk. It took 2 calls and finally the room next door turned TV off at 10:10 pm. We were tired and had driven 8 hours to get there. The next morning at 5:30 am the TV was again on loudly and left on even after the patron apparently checked out.
At 5:19 am the upstairs patron started doing exercises in his room either jogging or jumping rope. Then walking back and forth across room.
The walls and ceiling above apparently have very little insulation and the noise level is unreasonable in a nice hotel.
Too much noise as stated above.
