Pass during the off-season
Pros:

We had very pleasant admission by the host. He'd explained everything about the room, and gave us tips for spending the time in Ayia Napa. The host gave us three adapters and heating surface. Good location. Good value for the money.

Cons:

We stayed during the winter (February, off-season) and the room was cold. There were additional fee for the AC remote of 8,5€/day, which I find is too much. Nowhere else during our previous or following stayings in Cyprus we didn't have this listed as an additional cost. We although did have 5 layers of blankets. However, those were not clean (with a lot of dust) so we ended up with skin infections and antibiotic support. Additional charges for the AC and lack of cleanliness were two main disadvantages.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i klubów więc w sezonie super aczkolwiek odradzam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Cons:

Bardzo zimno w pokoju w styczniu, niestety klimatyzacja płatna a mimo tego, że zapłaciłyśmy bardzo słabo grzała. Woda praktycznie zimna i ciężko było się umyć, ciśnienie również bardzo słabe. Szklanki w pokoju brudne, ręczniki brudne, toaleta także brudna. Woda zalała nam plecaki, prawdopodobnie ściana między łazienką a pokojem była dziurawa… na szczęście byłyśmy tylko 2 noce więc dało się wytrzymać ale na dłuższy pobyt niestety musiałybyśmy zmienić lokalizację lub żądać zwrotu pieniędzy.

Absolutely amazing stay!
Pros:

We were truly impressed with this apartment – everything was spotless and perfectly clean! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely at home.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, удобные кровати

Cons:

Слабая звукоизоляция между комнатами. Соседство с шумными компаниями, которые не спят всю ночь. Плиту на кухне необходимо заменить на более современный вариант

Very good value for the money we paid (extraseason)
Pros:

Everything was just fine, the room and bathroom were clean, nothing shabby or smelly. We stayed on the upper floor and kept the balcony door open at nights as the weather was balmy in november. Good location regarding the public bus station (2-3 minutes on a shortcut way to Ayia Napa Center Bus Station), from where you can travel with intercity buses to Larnaca, Nicosia, Paphos or with local buses to nearby tursitic attractions such as Cape Greco, Konos Beach, Paralimi (very reasonable timetable and ticket prices at least till 17th november 2025).

Cons:

Wifi ei toiminut niissä parissa kerrassa kun sitä kokeilin, vaikka oli oikea salasana. EU-kansalaisena puhelimen netti kuitenkin toimi hyvin ja halpa. Ilmastointi olisi ollut maksullinen, mutta en sitä tarvinut koska lämpötila ok. Turistisesonki oli jo ohi, ja siksi hotellissa ei ollut esim baaria auki ja aamiaista, jonka tiesin jo ennaltakin.

Ideal location as its only a 3 minute walk from the main strip, also the elderly man who works here was absolutely lovely and very helpful!
Parking on the street outside of apartments and very spacious and clean!
