Perfect location, poor conditions, not cheap
Pros:

Location is excellent. Very close to the main town square were all the buses stop, local and intercity. The famous Nissi beach is few minutes away (about 10 - 15 minutes), a lot of supermarkets, some just across the street, restaurants, coffee shops, including a dinner which is open 27/7, where you can have an amazing breakfast and more. Overall all the location is perfect.

Cons:

Few things didn't seem Ok, such:
1. There is no cleaning service for the room, no changing towels, northing .... you are own your own
2. There is an extra fee for using the air conditioner ( 8 EUR per day)
3. The TV had only 2 channel to watch ( not a problem of course because the place is very beautiful, no time to stay in the room)
4. The internet connection in the room was poor to no connection at all .... we used our own mobile data

The price we paid was to expansive, considering this was a budget accommodation.

Pass during the off-season
Pros:

We had very pleasant admission by the host. He'd explained everything about the room, and gave us tips for spending the time in Ayia Napa. The host gave us three adapters and heating surface. Good location. Good value for the money.

Cons:

We stayed during the winter (February, off-season) and the room was cold. There were additional fee for the AC remote of 8,5€/day, which I find is too much. Nowhere else during our previous or following stayings in Cyprus we didn't have this listed as an additional cost. We although did have 5 layers of blankets. However, those were not clean (with a lot of dust) so we ended up with skin infections and antibiotic support. Additional charges for the AC and lack of cleanliness were two main disadvantages.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i klubów więc w sezonie super aczkolwiek odradzam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Cons:

Bardzo zimno w pokoju w styczniu, niestety klimatyzacja płatna a mimo tego, że zapłaciłyśmy bardzo słabo grzała. Woda praktycznie zimna i ciężko było się umyć, ciśnienie również bardzo słabe. Szklanki w pokoju brudne, ręczniki brudne, toaleta także brudna. Woda zalała nam plecaki, prawdopodobnie ściana między łazienką a pokojem była dziurawa… na szczęście byłyśmy tylko 2 noce więc dało się wytrzymać ale na dłuższy pobyt niestety musiałybyśmy zmienić lokalizację lub żądać zwrotu pieniędzy.

Absolutely amazing stay!
Pros:

We were truly impressed with this apartment – everything was spotless and perfectly clean! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely at home.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, удобные кровати

Cons:

Слабая звукоизоляция между комнатами. Соседство с шумными компаниями, которые не спят всю ночь. Плиту на кухне необходимо заменить на более современный вариант
