Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i klubów więc w sezonie super aczkolwiek odradzam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Bardzo zimno w pokoju w styczniu, niestety klimatyzacja płatna a mimo tego, że zapłaciłyśmy bardzo słabo grzała. Woda praktycznie zimna i ciężko było się umyć, ciśnienie również bardzo słabe. Szklanki w pokoju brudne, ręczniki brudne, toaleta także brudna. Woda zalała nam plecaki, prawdopodobnie ściana między łazienką a pokojem była dziurawa… na szczęście byłyśmy tylko 2 noce więc dało się wytrzymać ale na dłuższy pobyt niestety musiałybyśmy zmienić lokalizację lub żądać zwrotu pieniędzy.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, удобные кровати

Cons:

Слабая звукоизоляция между комнатами. Соседство с шумными компаниями, которые не спят всю ночь. Плиту на кухне необходимо заменить на более современный вариант

Absolutely amazing stay!
Pros:

We were truly impressed with this apartment – everything was spotless and perfectly clean! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely at home.

Very good value for the money we paid (extraseason)
Pros:

Everything was just fine, the room and bathroom were clean, nothing shabby or smelly. We stayed on the upper floor and kept the balcony door open at nights as the weather was balmy in november. Good location regarding the public bus station (2-3 minutes on a shortcut way to Ayia Napa Center Bus Station), from where you can travel with intercity buses to Larnaca, Nicosia, Paphos or with local buses to nearby tursitic attractions such as Cape Greco, Konos Beach, Paralimi (very reasonable timetable and ticket prices at least till 17th november 2025).

Cons:

Wifi ei toiminut niissä parissa kerrassa kun sitä kokeilin, vaikka oli oikea salasana. EU-kansalaisena puhelimen netti kuitenkin toimi hyvin ja halpa. Ilmastointi olisi ollut maksullinen, mutta en sitä tarvinut koska lämpötila ok. Turistisesonki oli jo ohi, ja siksi hotellissa ei ollut esim baaria auki ja aamiaista, jonka tiesin jo ennaltakin.

Ideal location as its only a 3 minute walk from the main strip, also the elderly man who works here was absolutely lovely and very helpful!
Parking on the street outside of apartments and very spacious and clean!

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend

My friends and I were extremely disappointed with this apartment. The photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect what you find on arrival, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Here is a brief summary of our experience:

The host was not friendly and was unwilling to acknowledge or address any of our concerns. During our 5-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Towels were changed only once. The bed linen was unironed, wrinkled, discoloured and very worn out. The towels were also old and heavily used. It was obvious that the cleaning was only superficial, and I cannot say that the room was truly clean.

The flooring in the room was not proper indoor tile – it was the same rough cement tile typically used on outdoor terraces. The kitchen equipment and appliances were extremely outdated, probably from the 1990s.

The reception was open only from 08:00 to 20:00. Hot water was available only during these hours as well, because it seems the host turned off the water heater afterwards. This caused serious inconvenience, especially at a seaside destination. We even had to heat water in the kettle to shower in the mornings. It is unacceptable for a hotel not to offer hot water 24/7.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly and frequently disconnected.

As for the location – although it is not close to the beach and we had to take a bus to reach Nissi Beach, the area itself is still convenient. This is probably the only positive aspect of this accommodation.

Kellemes jó szállás jó áron, apróbb kényelmetlenségekkel, ami hol előny hol hátrány
Pros:

Volt hajszárító, és átalakító a konektorhoz.
A szállás könnyen megtalálható / felismerhető a képek alapján, de a képek elég régiek.
November 2. hetében voltunk, ami nagyon szezonon kívül esett nekik, maga a szállás csendes volt, szinte kihaltnak tűnt.
A tulajdonos kedves volt segítőkész, bár szezonon kívül nincs takarítás a szobában, mégis 2x kaptunk tiszta törölközőt az egy hét alatt.
Ciprusi viszonylatban jó volt a víznyomás a zuhanyzóban.
Buli negyed széle, vagy közelsége, ami jó mert minden közel van, de rossz mert hajnalig hallod a bulizenét.

Cons:

Parkolás az utcán az épület előtt.
Ágyak / matracok: vastag rugós matrac volt ami nekem túl puha, és fájt a hátam-derekam tőle, de aki azt szereti annak tökéletes.
Tengerre néző szoba: tényleg a tenger felé nézz, de nem túl szép a panoráma, mert az épület tetején a gépészetett nézed.
Klíma: nem vettük igénybe, nem volt rá szükség. Infó: 8,5 eur/nap és amúgy nem volt takarítva full koszos penészes volt a készülék belseje.
