A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The hotel was walking distance to many sites in the Historic District. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast served each morning was wonderful.

A beautiful building with beautiful staff. I would definitely recommend 😁
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. The lovely people on reception were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Loved the little touches, like the personal welcome board as you arrive and on your fruit plate at breakfast in the morning. The room was a great size and loved having the balcony. The breakfast was fantastic lovely and fresh with an amazing view. Also loved that you could sit in the rooftop bar with a bottle of wine we bought at the supermarket and enjoy looking at Quito all lit up.

Very nice place in the old town!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful particularly Yale (excellent recommendations and also advice on Cotopaxi). I had to move my dates as I got a last minute group to summit Cotopaxi and they kindly switched my dates around.

Amazing place
Pros:

We loved our stay here, they made everything so easy even when we had problems with our flights. The breakfast was amazing and the view from it can't be beat! We definitely will be back and recommend this hotel so much. Room was beautiful and the bed was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Pros:

Stayed at Friends Hotel for two nights, a very enjoyable experience! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and really enjoyed the fresh breakfast with a great view! Easy walking distance to Old Town sights. Large bottle of water included in room.

The stay was nice, comfortable, with recommendations on different level and great hospitality.
Pros:

This hotel is about people. Each and evey person was engaged and did everything so you feel cared and comfortable. They were kind and helpful. We had some problems and they helped us to solve each and every smal thing. Even they didnt have to do it. Breakfasts were wonderfully prepared, with good coffee, fruits, different local flavours. Each day was different food. Some hotels could learn from them what it means to take care about your guests and what hospitality means.

Cons:

Sometimes you could hear noises that could wake you up. We went to bed early so that was the problem only for us. Those who like long evening party it is not the problem. 🙂

Perfect place to stay in Quito
Pros:

Fantastic location close to everything in the historic centre.
Staff were super friendly and helpful (they even organised to have our laundry done as soon as we arrived, ready before 9 the next day).
Breakfast was great and they catered for vegans.
We were given advice on where to go and what to see.
The place had a lovely upstairs dining area with a view and lots of other areas to chill out.

Best Hotel in Quito
Pros:

Everything here was amazing, from initial communication to leaving early in the morning with a lovely gift from the hotel. The staff are so lovely friendly and helpful. They organised our trip for us and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable we slept very well.
If we return to Quito we will definitely stay here again.
