Way above my expectations. Yale I found to provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend
Pros:

Help with tour, walking around town and dinner options.
My flight was delayed and arrived a day later, they were unable give me a nights refund so upgraded my room.
Organised transfer from and to airport.
Packed me a breakfast for my early morning departure.
Messaged me when my flight landed.
Yale’s customer Service was exceptional

posizione perfetta in pieno centro in struttura d'epoca ben restaurata con terrazza e vista su Quito. Camere piccole ma confortevoli. Parcheggio disponibile. Staff molto collaborativo, e di aiuto anche per l'orario tardo di arrivo. Colazione buona.

Cons:

20 dollari per meno di 24 ore di parcheggio sono tante... Attenzione per chi ha poca mobilità le camere alte necessitano di 40 gradini. Il terrazzo per la colazione ha pochi tavoli è possibile che si debba aspettare per poterla fare, caffe mediocre

The staff here are what make this place so great - Yale (lady at recption) went above and beyond !and was so so helpful. She made us feel really safe in the area, gave us great reccommendations, called us taxis etc. She really made our stay! The hotel itself is also nice and the rooftop is a great bonus.

Cons:

It was a little noisy due to old building but not really an issue. There was a sewerage smell from the bathroom but guess its an old building in the old part of the city

Great staff and location.
Pros:

Comfortable room, very good location-- close to all old town has to offer. Fabulous breakfast served on their lovely rooftop that overlooks the city, What makes this hotel special is the staff. All were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable-- all was as advertised.

Friendly hotel in great location
Pros:

A brilliant location with some of the best staff we have encountered. Friendly happy faces.
Nothing is too much for them. The rooftop breakfasts are fabulous. A great meal to set you up for the whole day. The view is one of the best.
The room is functional and the shower is hot. A laundry service is available and they offer private tours.
If you leave early they will give you a breakfast to go.
I highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful! Comfortable with great breakfast.
Pros:

The desk attendant was more than helpful. She retrieve an item we had left in the room earlier in the day and kept it for us until we retrieved our luggage.

Very good.
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations, superb breakfast and lovely staff. We had the apartment which worked so well for our group.

Cons:

The location was fine during the day but felt deserted and off putting at night. Otherwise lived the hotel.

Virkelig charmerende hotel og meget hjælpsom personale, især Yale, som hjalp os med at organisere ture, kørsel til og fra lufthavnen og svarede altid på beskeder. Kørsel og chauffører var enormt trygt. Morgenmaden var super lækkert. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet. Was mich am meisten begeistert hat, war das sehr freundliche Personal. Immer wieder haben sie mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht der Gäste gezaubert. Ich kann einfach nur ein dickes DANKE sagen!!! Wunderschön ist auch die Dachterrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick über Quito. Morgens gibt es hier ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück.

Very centrally located, cute hotel with interior courtyard. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast on the roof is a great way to start the day! The hotel was also helpful in arranging transportation and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this boutique hotel!
Pros:

Located in Old Town Quito we loved the vibe of the building. Super clean, large rooms, upgraded to current standards, big tile shower, and balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway. The staff were friendly and supported us by getting taxi or maps to walk to local sites. The full breakfast was wonderful each morning. There are spots to Ghana hot and chat with other travelers. I will stay here again.

Cons:

The stairs were steep, but they have a porter to carry your bags up.

Pros:

Posizione comodissima, personale super gentile e colazione buona e abbondante. L’ultimo giorno lo staff ci ha regalato un piccolo souvenir personalizzato.

Cons:

La camera è un po’ rumorosa e la tv non ha l’antenna quindi si può guardare solo Netflix
