This place is a good value in La Floresta. Security was good, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast is well portioned and well balance at a good price.
The coffee served at breakfast was really not good. I found the bed a little on the firm side for me, but I still slept well. The room decor felt out of date, but was totally functional.
No puedo quejarme
Credit card machine not working had to pay extra already for early check in which was more expensive than a day charge on top of that they did have any change so I had to loose more money. If the hotels are especially there for tourists then all the commodities should be working. Last day on the check out the lift was also not working so had drag all my luggage down the floor. No air ventilation absolutely in the room except for one small window which I didn’t want to open as spiders crawling around the window. Not even providing heating even if they are portable in extreme cold weather. Overall I wasn’t impressed at the end because they kinda ripped me off with charging extra and on top of that I have to leave some money because they didn’t have change. Also I would recommend if the hotels are occupied by tourists not all of them speak Spanish. Highly recommend for the front desk people to know English.
It was clean and safe.
The lady at the front desk informed me that check-out was at 13:00 and I wasn't sure if she was asking for more money or what the deal was and was put off by it. In fact, I had been there at 13:03, but no one was there and I was waiting. At 13:10 I went upstiars, deciding to take the paper towels I had left (changing my mind against leaving them) and came right back down. She had returned at that time. I pointed to my suitcase and used Google translate to say that I was there, but she was not, and that I just went up to grab something. The point was ended there, but I still wonder what she would have done for being late 10 minutes? Would she have asked for a days' payment for being 10 minutes late? I didn't like that at all. Also, hello, I was there and you were not.

Well located and secure
I was not allocated the room I paid and booked, I asked for a different room if I was to stay another night and they weren’t very agreeable to start with, even though I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room I was given
