I have no complaints and enjoyed my stay at a nice, well run hotel in a beautiful city.
Pros:

I screwed-up the booking and had to complete my booking over the phone with the reservations desk at the hotel, even with my less than useful grasp of spanish , it was easy to change my reservation and everthing worked out fine.
The location is a little bit away from Centro, so we took an uber there and had a great time, also the location of the hotel is easy to get to from the federal highway. The restaurant is also well run with good, well prepared food options.

Next time I am in Durango this is where I will stay.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean hotel with a unique combination of modern and traditional decor. Spacious rooms and excellent restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, and I would stay there again without question. Try the house mezcal in the restaurant, it is smooth and flavorful. Hint: they sell bottles of it for $650 pesos at the front desk.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything lacking with the facility or staff. It was excellent overall and the artwork and murals throughout the facility are great. Try the house mezcal in the restaurant.

Buenas instalaciones y pésimo personal de recepción.
Pros:

Las habitaciones con confortables y la limpieza es muy buena, el aislamiento acústico es bueno.

Cons:

La atención del personal de recepción es pésima, y de todos, no hay saludo, nunca una sonrisa, les pesa atender.

Se me hizo ruidoso, las toallas muy viejitas, jabón y shampoo de regular calidad, los colchones merecen renovarse

Pros:

Las instalaciones excelentes. Solo tuve un incidente no me devolvieron la identificación al hacer entrada detalle que debieron de hacer de manera inmediata . Cuando llegue a mi CD de origen y necesitaba la credencial sorpresa no la tenia hablé al hotel y me la enviaron días despues.

Cons:

Cómo era fin de semana hay un salón de eventos a un costado demasiado ruido no se pudo descansar temprano.
