A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e realizou nosso check-in rapidamente. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom! O chuveiro é ecelente.

Cons:

Pros:

Do atendimento e cordialidade dos colaboradores do estacionamento. Foram muito prestativos e simpáticos, nota 10 para Lemos, Daniel e Renan, eles superaram as expectativas. Os da recepção são bons também, mas dentro do esperado.

Acomodação precária, iluminação do quarto ruim, quarto de casal uma só cadeira, banheiro apertado.
Acredito que teve uma certa descriminação por ter sido feito reserva pelo Booking, pois já fiquei em outros acomodações do mesmo hotel muito superiores, e a forma como o atendente mim atendeu ficou claro quando falou sobre a reserva” Foi feita pelo Booking”
