Thuan , Leo , Jenna and Catie were amazing.
Jenna gave me flowers for my birthday!

We also did the Vietnamese coffee workshop with Nicholas and he was very fun and knowledgeable. Not just about coffee but everything in general

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, with markets, shops, and other amenities all within easy walking distance. We felt very safe walking around the area, even at night with our baby.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Katie and Thuan at reception, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

We also visited the hotel spa, where the staff were extremely professional. A particular thank you to Theo, who gave both my wife and me one of the best massages we've ever had. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only area that could benefit from some improvement is the breakfast. While it was satisfactory, a wider variety of options and better overall quality would make the experience even more enjoyable and bring it in line with the excellent standards of the rest of the hotel.

Toller Spa/Pool-Bereich. Es gab eine kostenlose 30 minütige Fußmassage und kostenlose Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Leo an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Unser Flug ging erst um 22 Uhr und wir durften den Poolbereich selbst nach dem CheckOut noch nutzen. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Not good wall to wall noise insulation. Every time someone shuts the door the whole floor level wakes up (due to door mechanism or hardwares). Toilet spigot too powerful and every time you take a shower it wets the whole floor etc…over rated for a 5-star hotel.
