free-to-use washing machine
Pros:

I like the idea that you have to take off your shoes before entering the floors where the rooms are. The space feels much cleaner this way. The staff was very helpful in explaining the facitilities and the rules. Check-in and -out were very smooth. The washers are free of charge and there's no queue in using them.

Cons:

The onsen area feels a bit crammed. Perhaps it was because I went on the weekend. The onsen and the changing room are crowded regardless of what time I go (6:00 PM or 11:30 PM).

Pros:

朝ごはんが海鮮があってよかった　またすぐ前の人が大量に持って行ってなくなってしまっても　すぐに気がつきだしてくれるなど　目が行き届いていた

Cons:

今回急な用事でホテルをとらねばならなかったので　一番狭い部屋の予約になってしまい少し残念でした　共立リゾートのお宿色々何度か利用していますがどこももう一度行ってみたいと思えるのですが　今回ウエルカムドリンクのご案内がなく　　ここはないんだと思っていました　あとで気が付きましたが　　結構込み合う時間だったからかな
