Pros:

The hotel is under new management. They did not receive my payment through hotel.com, and I had to pay in cash a second time. The hotel.com staff refused to refund my payment because they could not reach the hotel by phone. This is very strange.

Amazing stay at this hidden gem!!!

Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you anywhere within 15 minutes away from the hotel, which is the distance to all the major landmarks in the city. There are several restaurants nearby, plus you can order food and have it delivered to you by car. The service for food delivery is super cheap (about $1). There is also a supermarket called karzinka outside where you can buy anything you need. I would not hesitate to come back to this lovely hotel again!!!

Nice Hotel.
Pros:

I liked this hotel. Not fancy, but clean, welcoming and has a garden to sit in.
My bed a bit hard....but everyone likes different comfort.
The breakfast has a very nice choice for such a small hotel.
The location is in a safe and leafy neighborhood, only a short way from the airport. It is quite a walk to the nearest metro, but some things to do nearby like the Museum.

英語を話せるスタッフがいた。夜遅くのチェックイン、早朝チェックアウトでしたが、丁寧に対応してくださり、タクシーの手配も完璧でした。yandexタクシーだったので値段も安く、非常に助かりました。宿泊施設は少し古かったが、清潔にされていたので、特に不満はありませんでした。冷蔵庫もあったので助かりました。
