The few items requiring attention far outweighed by the phenomenal staff and amazing cuisine.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, outstandingly friendly and efficient staff, Michelin-worthy restaurant

Cons:

A little attention needed in the room - two picture look to have been removed and 10 unsightly holes in the walls; also the shelf holding the coffee maker badly tarnished; handheld shower fitment would not remain fixed on the shower pole.
