I’d recommend the BO in Palma without any qualms at all!
Pros:

Excellent staff and location.

Cons:

We asked to turn off the heat as it was too warm in our room which made it more comfortable, but we couldn’t turn on the AC to cool it more as keeping the windows open cooled the temp inside the room, but it was noisy on the street at night.

Wir kommen wieder, BO Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher herzlicher Empfang von Herrn Jairo, wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Alle MA waren zuvorkommend. Top Lage in der Altstadt und dennoch nah beim Zentrum. Velo um die Ecke mieten und in 10min am Strand.🏖️

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Luft im Bad war sehr schlecht. Es wurde mit Raumduft Stäbchen gearbeitet, diese waren dann zu intensiv.
