Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit freundlichem Service, einem sehr gepflegten Ambiente und außergewöhn
Pros:

Die tolle Lage mitten in Palma, die sehr sauberen und gepflegten Räumlichkeiten sowie das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Besonders angenehm waren auch die sehr bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt gab es eigentlich nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

El personal de recepción excelente nos ayudaron tanto al inicio con la habitación como al final prestándonos un espacio para ducha y con la guardada del equipaje, eso se valora mucho.

Hôtel de qualité dans le centre ville
Pros:

Hôtel central proche de la cathédrale, de nombreux restaurants et du musée d'art contemporain. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Petit balcon donnant sur rue. Très bonne literie et climatisation silencieuse fonctionnant parfaitement. Chambre très propre. Boisson offerte exceptionnellement pour attendre la disponibilité de la chambre. Bonne insonorisation côté rue.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation côté couloir. Les rideaux occultant n'occultent pas suffisamment la lumière.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful! They offered us drinks on arrival, called taxis for us, stored bags, etc. Had a wonderful stay!

Cons:

There weren't any outlets near the bed, so I had to charge my phone across the room, which was a bit inconvenient when my alarm went off in the morning.

Pros:

Really lovely stay! It is right in the heart of Palma, close to everything you need and want.
The room was big and clean and lovely decorated.
The staff was really helpful and nice and helped us with whatever we needed.
