good
pool had no chairs
The staff was excellent as well as the location of the property.
Guest on the floor above us kept moving furniture till 2am and this scraping noise was very disturbing. Complaints to the reception made no difference.
Nice property and comfortable stay
Perfect location to explore candolim
Location was great
Would be nice to have a one or two more options in the Non-veg breakfast
Very nice property and good staff !!
Air conditioners are bit slow
Das Frühstück is sehr üppig und das Personal sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber
Leider ist am Abend sehr laut durch die Musik in den umliegenden Bars und Lokalen
Rooms were large and comfortable, good breakfast and location
The pool is on the roof and there is no shade available. Would be better if there was some parasols and comfy sun loungers
Location
Rooms
The location of the property is superb! The pool is also good, but it should have been constructed strategically on the other side for a sunset view.
Faced 3-4 power cuts and the power back took quite some time to come up. Also, faced issue with bill generation because the system kept rebooting (guess it wasn’t connected to a UPS)
Dear Manager,
We would like to bring to your attention the numerous issues we faced during our recent stay at your hotel, which began from the time we checked in and severely affected our overall experience.
From Day 1, we encountered persistent problems:
Internet issues: The Wi-Fi was not working in our room (206) throughout the stay, despite repeated notifications to the front desk. This was never resolved until our check-out.
Water issues: On the day of check-in, we were not informed about the ongoing water problems at the hotel due to non-functioning pumps. Additionally:
The washbasin in our room had water clogging issues.
The water supplied had an unpleasant and foul smell, making it extremely difficult to use.
Even after reporting the issue on Day 1, we were not notified that the water problems would persist on Day 2.
What made the situation worse was that during the afternoon, we were unable to rest properly due to loud renovation work, including nailing and fixing activities happening on the floors above our rooms.
If the hotel was already aware of the water supply issues and ongoing renovations, why were the bookings not temporarily paused to ensure guest comfort and safety?
The most concerning incident occurred on the night of the 21st when we returned to our rooms and found that hotel staff had entered our rooms without any prior notification or permission to remove the buckets of water provided earlier.
This is a serious breach of our privacy, security, and safety.
We were left to question:
Does the hotel have only those three buckets, requiring their immediate retrieval from our rooms without guest consent?
Are your staff not trained or aware that entering a guest’s room without informing them is completely unacceptable?
Or is it common practice at your hotel for staff to enter guests’ rooms in their absence?
Great location. Great staff. Tiasha was very helpful
