Location was good and staff were friendly but I wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Perfect location and staff were really friendly

Cons:

Wasn’t particularly clean, paint peeling from cloning in bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was really hot despite the radiator being off. It didn’t feel safe to open the window as it backed onto a flat roof with someone’s back door.

Great location
Pros:

Great location on the harbour and very friendly staff, especially at breakfast.

Cons:

It wasn’t clear how long the parking permit was valid for, meaning we got a fine.

Disappointed again with facilities
Pros:

Breakfast and hotel itself

Cons:

Again as this was a second visit the jacuzzi was out of order . The first time we were told we are waiting for it to be fixed that was in September , second visit we were told the same . That was a factor when when first booked so we won’t be booking again if that is not a facility

My special day
Pros:

Location, easy access to Old Portsmouth, breakfast good, plenty of options, will cater for those who have special requirements.

Cons:

Heating pump/pumps were on most of the night 16th march, I appreciate some warmth is needed, but most if not all night, ummmmmm !!!!
Paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom ,did report to reception upon leaving needs immediate attention as not something you'd really expect to come across in such an establishment 😔
