Pros:

Sehr zentral in Neukölln, direkt an der U-Bahn und dem EKZ Arcarden. Dort kann man preiswert parken. Die Garage ist jedoch recht heruntergekommen. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts 😉. Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig, da im Hinterhof. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Pros:

Clean, spacious room with large window overlooking a quiet courtyard made for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. I also very much appreciated that there is a 24 hour concierge at the desk. Great location, just around the corner from the busy Neukölln Arcaden (which not only houses numerous shops, restaurants a health club and a cinéma, but a library as well!) I will definitely return.

Very efficient and perfect for our requirements
Pros:

Very easy to check in and out. Friendly staff in the reception. Very well placed if you have activities in Neukölln.

За эту цену близко к центру, но это район нойкельн надо учитывать особенности. Много мигрантов и социально деструктивных людей.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in
Cons:

The room was dirty and stained, I received dirty towels, the breakfast was very poor and there wasn't much of it left when I came at 9 AM. I gave them a chance to make it right and give me another room or a refund for the remaining nights, but the receptionist just laughed at my face and said that they wouldn't do anything about it, so I just booked another hotel

Nice spacious room. Nice hotel.
Pros:

We liked the room, the high ceilings are nice. It was spacious. The breakfast was great, great selection. Nice courtyard view from the dining area.

An extra pillow.
