Resolvendo problemas e atualizando conhecimento.
Pros:

O local, embora no centro de Sao Paulo, é muito silencioso e proximo de muitos hospitais de referencia.
Há muito comercio que funciona 24 horas por dia, o que ajuda muito.
A proximidade com duas estações do METRÔ facilita toda a logistica do hospede.

Cons:

A portaria fica às vezes sem um responsavel e se gasta um tempo desnecessario para entrar no hotel.
