Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen wenn man in Freiburg ist!!!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das super gepflegte und schöne Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon, einfach schön. Das Bettzeug war richtig klasse. Das Restaurant ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, auch hier super freundliches Personal und unfassbar gutes Essen zu einem gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen.

Cons:

Meine Matratze war etwas durchgelegen.

Das Frühstück: Auswahl beim Bufett war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich - im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels halt das übliche Frühstücksbufett-Sortiment

Die Reisebusgesellschaften und die dadurch bedingte Unruhe und Lärm. Die Busreisenden wurden freundlichst mit Prosecco begrüsst - wir "normalen" Hausgäste wurden dabei nicht beachtet. Es ist nicht so, dass wir unbedingt auch mit Prosecco begrüsst werden wollten, wäre seitens der Hotelbetreiber aber eine nette Geste gegenüber allen anderen Hausgästen (was kostet im Grosshandelseinkauf schon eine Flasche Prosecco...) Wie gesagt, es ging uns allein um die nette Willkommensgeste für ALLE anwesenden neuen Hausgäste. Unser Zimmer war veraltet und lag im Nebengebäude (die komfortableren neueren Zimmer im modernen Gebäude waren offenbar mit der Busgesellschaft belegt worden). Unser Souterrain Zimmerfenster blickte auf die davor geparkten Räder der Reisebusse. Die Busgesellschaften wurden abends mit Buffet bewirtet. Wir wurden zum Abendessen im Gasthofraum nach nebenan plaziert,wo wir eine geraume Weile allein saßen. Man kam sich isoliert vor bzw. irgendwie als Gast zweiter Klasse. Am Buffet teilzunehmen wurde uns nicht angeboten. Das Abendessen sowie Getränke nach Karte war insgesamt hochpreisig für einen Gasthof, die Qualität und Menge entsprach nicht dem gezahlten Preis.
