Zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder komplett überzeugt worden

Dieses Hotel hat mich rundum begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an spürt man die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität der Mitarbeitenden ,unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Das Zimmer war in einem absolut makellosen Reinigungszustand, besser geht es wirklich nicht. Auch die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels ist hochwertig, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Ein echtes Highlight ist das Frühstück und das Restaurant insgesamt: alles frisch zubereitet, eine hervorragende Auswahl und ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Die Qualität der Speisen ist außergewöhnlich und hebt sich deutlich vom Standard ab.

Dieses Hotel sticht ganz klar aus der Masse der üblichen Großketten heraus – in Sachen Sauberkeit, Service, Qualität und Genuss spielt es in einer eigenen Liga. Ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis rundet das Gesamtbild perfekt ab.

Parfait, tout était parfait. La situation géographique par rapport à Fribourg, l'accès, la superficie des chambres et de la salle de bain (nous étions 3 adultes), la propriété, le calme, la literie, la température des chambres, l'accueil, le petit-déjeuner ! Bravo à toutes les équipes.

De ruime kamer en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Cons:

Een grotere prullenbak. Nu hebben we een tas nog gebruikt. Voelt ook niet helemaal goed.

Ook waren we gewezen dat je Haribo beren op je kussen kreeg. Dus dat hoopte de kinderen op, maar kregen we niet.
