- Beds, the mattress was very bouncy. Each time my partner turned, I was woken up. So we had horrible nights. I have never experienced such bad mattresses in a hotel. If these were good then my rating would be excellent.
Christina helped us the most. She is a superstar. She helped us with room needs, sightseeing, restaurants; in fact, she was always there with a huge smile on her face, helping us many times during our stay. Karina, Marv, Pablo, and Riyka also providing us Outstanding assistance during our stay. The restaurant is top notch; Fanny helped us each day, she's great too. Guests should not miss the buffet breakfast and their avocado toast breakfast, along with coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc. We also ate at the restaurant twice in the evening and their cod was excellent. If you plan to go downtown for dinner, by the time you pay for the taxi roundtrip, it's very cost effective to eat at the restaurant. The hotel location is very close to the Alhambra near a beautiful forest park and being 10 minutes from the Justice Gate entrance was useful, however, you don't need to stay so close to the Alhambra, as taxies can drop off at the Justice gate.
The AC in the room was not working properly. The lavatory basins were very small in our room. The shower in our room was small for me.

We loved pretty much everything - the room, the staff and the restaurant are all beautiful and the proximity to Alhambra is second to none. The welcome when we arrived was as good as we have had anywhere in the world. Just wonderful.
About the only thing we didn't like was the sound of the front sliding doors opening as our room was on the first floor directly above them.

Great, comfortable rooms with an awesome bathtub. The staff were super helpful. The restaurant was very nice and it was great to be able to pop in for coffee, etc.
Our only complaint was location. It's RIGHT across from the Alhambra, which is great, but everything else (like downtown) was pretty far and down a steep hill. This isn't really reflective of the hotel in any way, and if you're only reason to be in Granada is for the Alhambra, then this is perfect. I think, for us we would have preferred to stay closer to other things and cab up to the Alhambra.
