Lovely hotel
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Location was great for the Alhambra but less so for the city centre. The room was great and very comfortable however the breakfast was expensive.
Cost of the breakfast and had to take a bus/taxi to go back up the hill. Easy walk down the hill but steep on the way back up.

Junior suite was super lovely with loads of light, comfy bed and fantastic shower. Celebrating my birthday in style and the hotel could not have been better. Super kind staff who surprised me with card and bubbly as well as a cake and candle during breakfast
only the weather!!
Sangria was good. Restaurant was good.
The facilities seem old. Cleanliness wasn't good. Chemicals used in cleaning was noticeable.

Relaxing comfortable and spacious bedroom, very clean with a lovely bathroom. Triple curtain black out I loved! Excellent and helpful staff. Great and quiet location. Excellent dinner via room service - the best room service dinner ever! Thank you to all, we had a lovely stay.
We found the bed too hard, we requested a topper which was fitted, thank you. Still on the hard side though. Also although there was a fancy pillow menu, the only soft option was feather which we are allergic to. The viscose option found too hard. Small things!
