Por indicar algo..
No me gustó decoración en flores de tela o plastico en recepción, hall, mesas desayuno...etc.
O natural o nada.

Pros:

Die Lage zur Alhambra ist perfekt. Man kann das Zentrum aber auch in 10 Minuten erreichen. Schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück. Aufgeschlossenes Personal.

Cons:

Very unclear communication about parking. The parking is not at the hotel and after hours you need to park yourself. Despite many messages this wasn’t clear

Also - no twin beds even with weeks of notice

Great location
Pros:

Check in staff were amazing. Very helpful. Changed our room as my mum was in a wheelchair to a more accessible room. Location amazing. Restaurant good.

We had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to our friends who travel to Granada. Before
Pros:

The hotel is a great location, right across from the Alhambra. It also was a great location for walking down the hill into the city of Granada. Valet parking was a great help.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that we did not like.

Un séjour « mariage » juste extraordinaire grâce au personnel
Pros:

Tout d’abord, mention spéciale pour le personnel qui a été incroyable suite à une série de péripéties bien tristes avant notre arrivée. Ils ont tous été compréhensifs et arrangeants, d’une gentillesse incroyable.
Nous n’oublierons pas l’équipe du restaurant qui nous manque déjà. Wendy, Borja et vous autres, nous pensons fort à vous.
L’emplacement est exceptionnel, à deux pas de l’entrée de l’Alhambra, dans une zone arborée où la chaleur est moins suffocante qu’en ville.
