Pros:

Empty on hot foods tried to add another night late without Booking. Com. The staff said that was impossible and raised our third night. We took our things at 11:00 pm and left. We told them at the desk we might need another night in the morning- a parent had passed away and we were exhausted. The staff couldn’t give us another night without booking . Com - pathetic. Not returning.

Cons:

Accommodating by just giving us the room at the rate we had without hassles.

U of M visit
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to the University of Minnesota Crookston. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived.

The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and there was always plenty of hot coffee available.

The lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the front desk staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciated the room-darkening shades, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.

Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. They suited my needs perfectly, and I would gladly stay here again on future visits to U of M Crookston.

Nice person at the front desk and hotel is older but pretty clean.

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't working, out of some breakfast items. I had to fix the chain on the toilet right away to stop toilet from running, and also broken toilet seat.

Awful night crew for check in. Beds are uncomfortable , go elsewhere
Pros:

We walked in to the night crew with two TV's blaring different shows, very poor communication skills. Rude staff. There was a radio station playing loudly in the interior hallways. I asked it be turned off, strangest thing ever... they said no we can't. Just a bizarre situation. Beds are hard sheets are rough I would never stay again.

The hotel was nice. The staff didn’t do a good job. Asked for them to make more coffee around 9, they did it was bad!

I wish I knew no elevator. I recently had an injury, very hard to go up the stairs with luggage.

Cons:

No elevator. Lady with red hair said two times she would help us with TV
She never showed up.
