The hotel was nice. The staff didn’t do a good job. Asked for them to make more coffee around 9, they did it was bad!

Yes it was clean
I wish I knew no elevator. I recently had an injury, very hard to go up the stairs with luggage.

Cons:

No elevator. Lady with red hair said two times she would help us with TV
She never showed up.

Unexpected features at a great value
Pros:

Spacious lobby, spacious room. Very clean. We had a mini-suite with a gas fireplace. It was a nice surprise and really helped the mood this weekend. The furniture was in great shape and was very comfortable. Unexpected features at this price.
The staff have been very helpful and it’s an indication of management that deserves recognition.

Great Front Desk, updated rooms are nice!
Pros:

Debbie at the Front Desk made the late night check in really smooth and was kind and professional. The room was clean and updated. Didn’t use the pool area so I can’t speak to it. 10/10

Late night check in and late check out “No problem “ one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby & dining room well decorated and clean as well. Staff professional and courteous.real nice folks

The Jacuzzi wasn’t working and it wasn’t mentioned on your website that it wasn’t working. I could’ve booked somewhere else where they had a nice Jacuzzi that’s why I wanted it there because I rented there before and I liked it.

Very comfortable and so friendly
Pros:

I grew up here and was back for a family funeral. Stayed here 3 nights.
So clean, comfortable and friendly.
The front lobby area is a great spot for drinking coffee in the morning.
