So close to the monorail that get you to the airport in 25 minutes

The stay never happened thanks to them, but I wouldn’t book here again if you paid me

I didn’t even make it past the lobby

Cons:

Having flown 12hrs to arrive and be told they’ve cancelled my already paid booking (due to overbooking) not telling me in advance which meant I had to book a new hotel in the 10 mins I was in their lobby!!!!!!!!!

Superb modern 5 star hotel, short tuk tuk ride to most central places
Pros:

Room was great, very modern, clean, great water pressure in the shower

Cons:

There's not really much within waking distance. I knew this when I booked so not an issue for me. I just wanted somewhere that was very close to an ARL station for easy access to the airport in the morning and this is great for that.
