On est plutôt bien au Lancaster :-)
Pros:

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel. Navette gratuite pour la liaison par métro ou par bateau pour la ville et par train pour l'aéroport. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. La literie est également confortable. Le personnel est très serviable.

Cons:

L'insonorisation est moyenne. La propreté générale de la chambre est bonne mais la propreté des sols et de certains équipements était très moyenne. Des efforts sur la propreté des sols et des équipements seraient souhaitable.

Pros:

I am a returning guest and chose to stay here again for my holiday because I always have a wonderful experience. It was especially nice that some of the staff recognized me and welcomed me back, which made me feel valued and at home.

The room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The service throughout my stay was excellent - everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional.

Overall, my stay was nearly perfect. The only minor issue was some noise from the road, but it did not significantly affect my experience. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I look forward to returning again in the future.
