Location wise good but room was very small
Room had a damp, moldy, musty smell the moment I walked in. There were cracks on walls, mold on bathrooms and towels that needs replacing. Excellent friendly staff whom try to help with some air fresheners- but hotel room needs a little brand new make over to attract customers-
Everything was great. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
Overall this was a pleasant stay and well-worth the bargain prices. My room was clean, not super new but efficiently designed, well-maintained, and everything worked, although I can’t comment on the TV because I didn’t try it. I especially liked the bed and their choice of bedding - very comfortable and the safe for added security. I appreciated the daily coffee packets, water and fresh bathroom supplies left by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was tasty and inexpensive, a combination of both western and Thai dishes. I found the entire staff pleasant and efficient. Probably my only sour note would be that housekeeping uses some kind of product that has a camphor-like odor - maybe it is camphor - that makes you feel upon entering the room as though you’ve stumbled into your grandma’s closet. But the initial shock wears off quickly. Again, this is a minor complaint. COP is located in a perfect spot, in the heart of Pa Tong nightlife, very close to Bangla Road but far enough not to absorb the sometimes ear-splitting noise from those few blocks. There are endless restaurant and shopping opportunities nearby, and the beach is only a 5 to 10 minute walk depending on where you are headed. Overall, very good bargain.
Property staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. But the hotel it self was disappointing. Mold on the bathroom. Dirty mattress. Old broken up furniture… definitely does not look anything like the pictures. We did not eat at the hotel because kitchen was also dirty. But we realized this is how they live so we definitely made the best of it.
Excellent. Highly Recommended. Brilliant staff team. 24/7 customer service desk and cctv installed in the right areas. Felt safe and enjoyed comfortable stay. Breakfast was reasonable for 3 star hotel standards.
I believe this hotel is on Balang Street, an extremely bustling street. I stayed on the 8th floor and I did not have any issues with noise. Breakfast was more than decent and did the job. The laundry service was amazing just know you won't receive your clothes until the next day.
Perfect spot within 3 mins of Bangla Road & less than 10 minutes to Patong Beach.
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff and convenient location. Lots of noise all night from street but this is expected in the area.
Good location and breakfast nice staff
Quite good
Very convenient to many activities
I stayed here with my family 2a 2c. The staff are so so lovely but our family room was far from clean. My kids got bitten by bed bugs. There was dirt and fluid of some sort on the walls. The aircon made the room super wet and the beds felt wet and our belongings got damp. If you are a party goer or looking for somewhere to stay to get your freak on with the ladies in the area, this would be your place to stay. The roof top pool is pretty awesome and the views up there are cool. But definitely not a family friendly place to stay. It is very convenient with a lot of shops right at the door step.
Was relatively quiet for being on a busy street. Lots of food options near and a 7-11 across rhe street. Nice locarion close to a mall and the main streets.

Good solid value for money. Staff excellent, especially GiGi and Jane. They took very good care of me and great conversation. Thank you!
Gigi at the front desk is a miracle worker. She seemingly knows every guest at the property by name and was invaluable in providing local knowledge, hiring taxis and providing any service a guest might require. The entire staff made my stay an immense pleasure and I heartily recommend the hotel to anyone considering such a visit.
What a great hotel, what a great service, breakfast with great, everything about this really really really good. close to everywhere. Hotel employees show care and paid attention right away to everything needs to attend to. Highly recommend !!!!
Left off on star because I believe the bathroom shower could’ve been cleaner otherwise, staff are amazing and super helpful and kind, daily breakfast is 10/10, the location couldn’t have been better, and it’s perfect to simply have somewhere comfortable to recharge after being out all day. Would recommend if you’re looking for these things and not an extreme luxury, costly place.
Overall, the property was okay. It was in a decent location close to Banghla Road and a 7/11. It was easy to find and had lots of food options close by. The service was meh. Some of the staff were lovely while others appeared cold. The rooms were small and they needed more places to hang your items, such as towels and clothes as there was not a lot of room in general. Though we were told at check-in that we would not have a room with a window (and based on previous reviews, I was expecting this), I think it is something to be noted in the reservation as natural light is huge for many people and it should be clearly stated. We were offered to upgrade for a fee to a room with a balcony and a window. Due to the price though we declined. It was bothersome however that there were several rooms with windows on our floor that had their doors open for the majority of the day and were clearly unused for the entire duration of our stay. Knowing that several rooms were vacant, we thought for general hospitality sake it would have been nice to be upgraded for free seeing how there were so many rooms clearly available.
