I was traveling alone, gotten lost looking for the place I was to meet my group the next day. Upon finding my way back, I was too nervous to make the attempt again. Henry at the front desk was extremely sympathetic and HELPFUL, and kind!! Henry set up the early morning car service for the next day, ensured I was in the right car, and ensured I was off to the correct location.
Henry saved the day!
The entire hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The food was well prepared, with plenty of options. The room was gorgeous and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in!

Need more variety for breakfast
The stay was incredible. We were greeted with a delicious kombucha upon arrival and the room was on the top floor with an amazing view. The room is spacious, with more than enough storage and area for a couple with suitcases. The bed and bedding were super comfortable and we didn't hear any noise at all. It was a sanctuary in a busy, humid city.
The staff goes above and beyond. I left an item behind, and the team were able to courier it over with care and priority. I would stay here again.
