I had a comfortable stay. The room comes with a small kitchenette, microwave, and tableware, making it very convenient for preparing simple meals or for longer stays.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting is a bit dim at night, especially if you need to read or work. The curtain was also partially detached, allowing sunlight to shine directly onto the bed in the morning, which affected my sleep. It would be helpful if the hotel repaired the curtains and added a curtain wand or rod for easier opening and closing. Breakfast is decent but the selection is somewhat limited.
Overall, it's still a comfortable hotel and a good choice for short stays or business trips.
The hotel is located in fairly quiet area of Ho Chi Minh City, which is unusual for most of the hotels in HMC. We found the rooms to be comfortable and quiet. Ours was located on the side of the building facing another building, but we did not mind the lack of a view. We especially enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave, although we only used them a couple of times. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped with a walk-in shower and the buffet breakfast was quite good. The only negative was the raised platform for the bed which presented a potential stumbling obstacle. We highly recommend Fusion Suites Saigon hotel.
My top 1 hotel in HCMC. The staff are all super friendly and always made me feel like coming back home. Esp Ms Tran and Mr Aiden who will remember my preference and make the best for me. Good location because located slightly out from the main busy and noisy street. Spacious and clean. Good hot and cold water pressure as well. If they have a few more international plug point in the room that will be better.
The decor of the room was lovely. We particularly loved the art on the wall in the room and the various art work around the property
As we only had a short stay we did not require a pool, but this maybe a downfall for some people if staying longer than 1 night

Really loved my stay here! The rooms are spotless, comfy and nicely decorated. Breakfast has so many options and everything tastes great.
All staff are super friendly, and huge props to Henry(Nguyễn Bảo Phúc) at reception. He helped us sort out our bus tickets and even messaged later to check how our trip was going. His thoughtful help made traveling totally stress-free. Would definitely recommend Fusion Suites Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!
