Not worth the money.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and mattress.

Cons:

Room doors don’t insulate noise from hotel hallway, ants crawling in the bathroom during night (see photos)! Also, there was no electric water boiler for a quick coffee/tea in room. Breakfast is Italian-style: a lot of sweets, salami etc. No cooked meals besides hard boiled eggs.
