Unforgettable stay
Pros:

The hotel was well located, and the staff very Friendly, particularly Isabella who was wonderful and very helpful. The tried the SPA and it was excellent anecdotally very relaxing. Our stay was unforgettable and we enjoyed much to be there. The breakfast was also more than we expected with various food. We will definitely come again, and very couple who is looking for calm and relaxing place, Wise Hotel & Spa might be the best in the area.

Erholung pur.Super Aufenthalt in einer familiärer Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Super Erholungs Atmosphäre, familiär fühlt sich wie zuhause.Ins besonders Isabella und Miriam ,power Frauen,jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich, sehr nett .Eine mit ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten ,die andere sehr strukturiert und effizient in ihrer Arbeit.Möchte mich nochmals am beide herzlich bedanken. Gibt's nichts zu beanstanden. Alles perfekt. Frühstück lecker,frisch und ausreichend. Zimmer sehr sauber, täglich die Bettwäsche und Badeartikel erneut. Ausgezeichnet.

Pros:

Really satisfied with the room and the hotel. Breakfast was decent enough.

Cons:

The shower doors were lose and the water kept leaking out .
Can’t open doors from outside of balkony as it does not have a handle.

Bardzo udany pobyt, wysoki standard i świetna obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócimy.
Pros:

wszystko było bardzo czyste i zadbane. Świetna atmosfera, cisza i komfort. Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna i profesjonalna.

Cons:

Na początku pojawił się drobny problem z zamkiem w drzwiach, jednak został bardzo szybko i sprawnie rozwiązany przez obsługę.

Luxus bezahlen und unteren Standard bekommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein (kostenpflichtiges) Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Hamam und Massagen. Unser Zimmer (Suite) war relativ groß, das Bett war komfortabel, es gibt einen Kühlschrank, 2 Schränke, es werden täglich neues Wasser und Kaffee-Produkte aufgefüllt, ebenso die Pflegeprodukte. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskraft ist sehr arbeitseifrig und tut ihr möglichstes.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wies etliche Mängel auf: beim ersten Betreten des Zimmers streikte der Card-Reader an der Tür und der Hausmeister musste nacharbeiten. Der im Zimmer integrierte Whirlpool ist mit 12 Düsen ein Witz; auch die Wassertemperatur war nicht höher als 30 Grad. Im (offenen) Badbereich flackern alle Lichter - dies war auch an mehreren Stellen im Hotel zu erkennen, was auf einen Mangel in der Stromversorgung oder -Installation schließen lässt. In der Dusche konnte nicht von Hand- auf Deckenbrause umgestellt werden (es lief ständig beides), da der entsprechende Mechanismus nicht funktionierte. Die Toilette ist nur halb durch eine Mauer getrennt, sodass man seinen Partner beim Verrichten des Geschäfts beobachten kann/muss - hier wäre ein einfacher Sichtschutz per Vorhang oder eine Verlängerung der Mauer wünschenswert. Auf dem Boden zwischen Wohn- und Nassbereich waren eigentlich zu verschraubende Blechleisten nur angeklebt und durch lange Nicht-Pflege mittlerweile lose dort liegend. Die kleine Terrasse war dreckig, der Bistrotisch und zwei Stühle haben anscheinend jahrelang bei jeder Witterung und ohne Pflege draußen gestanden. Zu Beginn war nur ein Bademantel vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist gemessen an unseren bisherigen Türkei-Erfahrungen ärmlich; Brot (nur eine Sorte) wird geschnitten aus Einkaufstüten nachgelegt und die sonstige Auswahl ist begrenzt. Auch die Maschine zur Zubereitung von Heißgetränken ist nicht gerade die Beste auf dem Markt und hat ihre besten Jahre bereits hinter sich.
Fazit: die beschriebenen Mängel müssten nicht sein, wenn man die Zimmer turnusmäßig begehen würde, was augenscheinlich nicht geschieht. Alle Mängel wurden sofort durch mich an der Rezeption gemeldet, eine Abstellung erfolgte jedoch nicht oder dilettantisch. Die Kompensierung der Mängel durch eine Gratis-Benutzung des VIP-Hamams mit Haut-Peeling und Nutzung der Whirlpool-Badewanne macht den ganzen Ärger nicht wett.

Pros:

Ich arbeite am Flughafen und entsprechend reise ich durch die ganze Welt. Allerdings habe ich noch kein Hotel erlebt, daß das ganze Personal ausnahmslos so freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut Gelaunt ist, wie in diesem Hotel. Danke an Euch alle. Ich komme wieder!
