Great location
Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly staff, the second room we had was fine.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were put in a very small room with a broken AC, it was 36 degrees outside. The next day we were moved to a room with working AC, but the room was in the lower GF with only a tiny window. It was much better than the one without an AC but still felt like living in a cave.

Best place to stay in Holland Park
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The AC worked very well and is very quiet. The bathroom is spacious and the provided shampoo and showergel was great. The little kitchen is perfect and has everything one needs. Maria, the cleaner was super polite and so very helpful!
