Great place
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, and they cleaned it regularly. The mattress was fantastic! Netflix was available. The kitchen was well-equipped, so you could make a good breakfast before heading out for long walks around the city and museums. Our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was incredibly quiet. The staff was helpful. In short, we loved everything! Some people here are complaining about the room's size... but what did you expect in a good area for such a reasonable price? The room was a decent size if your goal was to sleep in comfortable conditions, have breakfast, and then go for a walk around the city.

Cons:

The bathroom door doesn't open and close easily enough. I think it needs to be fixed.

Good location in a compact room with seperate bathroom and basic kitchenette,
Pros:

It is a compact one room with small bathroom setup. Functional but a bit on the small side. Staff was helpful. Location was good once you have worked out the various options to get to places. There is a bus stop only 50 m away which staff never mentioned.

Cons:

The kitchenette was equipped with the very very basics. Could have been a bit more comprehensive if you wanted to cook an english breakfast. The reception staff were not very informed about the local transport setup. The included coffee machine was working on and off.

Very friendly staff especially Gasha, great stay with great location
Pros:

The location was close by to where we needed to travel to and facilities and staff were lovely especially Gasha the receptionist who greeted us. She was so helpful and kind and looked after us throughout our stay at Kensington NOX so Thank you

Clean and good location
Pros:

The hotel service was immaculate, all the staff were lovely! The refresh of towels was a lovely touch and everything was extremely clean. All the facilities were in perfect shape!

Cons:

The aircon was not working when we got there on a 27° day (that I understand is not their fault) however was not working for the remaining 4 days… the windows open only a small amount which I assume is for safety reasons, however something to keep in mind as the rooms in typical London fashion can get quite warm. The bed unfortunately was quite uncomfortable!

Πολύ όμορφο, μαζεμένο και καθαρό! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολλές επιλογές σε μέσα για να κινηθείς σε πολλά μέρη στο Λονδίνο. Επίσης πολύ ήρεμη γειτονιά και εμπνέει πολύ ασφάλεια. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό σε όποια απορία και να είχαμε! Κάθε φορά που ζητήσαμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο το έκαναν τέλεια! Check in-out γρήγορο και παρόλο που φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από την ώρα του check in, είχανε έτοιμο το δωμάτιο μας και μας εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως.

Cons:

Το παράθυρο του δωματίου μας ίσως θα θέλαμε να κλείνει λίγο καλύτερο γιατί πέρναγε λίγος αέρας και λίγοι ήχοι από τον δρόμο. Δεν δημιουργήθηκε ποτέ ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα αλλά αξίζει να αναφερθεί.

It was comfortable enough ina rainy week
Pros:

I liked the location and access to public transportation, beds were comfortable and the little kitchenette was handy.

Cons:

The first 2 nights it was too hot, we could barely sleep with only one fan in a room that has 2 bedrooms, we did get a second fan on the second day. We also got the tale of the broken air conditioning that was being “fixed” with no eta as some reviews previous to my stay, but now I think that there is no air conditioning at all. We were lucky the weather cooled down.m
