Terrible customer service. Booked online. Went inside 5 min later was the told they need vaccination records for the dogs. This is not advertised anywhere on the booking. Wouldn't allow us to stay but still took the whole fee. Only I. Hotel talking to front for 5 min and they charged us for the whole night. Terrible.

Oceanfront with restaurant
Oceanfront. That’s about it.
Just about everything. From poor management, lack of solutions to problems, lack of transparency in all policies, and most importantly a severe problem with shifting blame instead of making the proper improvements. Right down to expired drinks in the lobby that they have the audacity to charge $5 a piece for. This goes mostly for the manager of guest services who in no way should be in any position of authority. She’s terrible. A trainee who won’t be mentioned by name is the only person in all of this that made any efforts to right their wrongs.
Great price for 2 nights
The double beds weren’t comfortable. The bed sheets were dirty. Even found a bug crawling on one of the double beds. The phone and tv didn’t work. The restaurant was way over priced. We wouldn’t stay here again.
Great location with clean and comfortable facilities. Restaurant had great food and the staff was friendly and helpful.
