Pros:

Comfy bed

Cons:

The pool was very dirty, slimy on the bottom. Not a good feeling, definitely needs to be deep cleaned.

It was a very uncomfortable, depressing and terrible memory, I would rather forget.
Pros:

The location was not bad. Not too far from the Dow Centennial Centre, and a short drive into the town centre. It is not too bad with cleanliness

Cons:

This hotel, any right-thinking person should avoid. Everything started awful. I arrived at the hotel in the evening. I had already communicated with the hotel that I needed a space to work, specifying a working table and a chair. They promised it would be in the room. When I got to the front desk, the receptionist was extremely rude. They asked to take a picture of my credit card showing all the information, and when I objected for safety reasons (which I felt was reasonable), she just hissed and rolled her eyes, muttering under her breath, and just tossed the sign-in form at me for me to sign! Not ok. When I got to the room and found there was no table or chair, I asked the front desk, and this same person told me that the wall-mounted shelf where the TV and other things were mounted, was a table, and a sofa was the chair. That ruined my first working night. It was terrible. I was unable to meet my work requirements for a whole day. The room was somewhat clean, but you could see the stains on the mattress and the sofa, and the coffee machine didn't even work! I was booked for a 3 night stay, but I checked out the following afternoon. I checked into a hotel nearby, and it was worlds apart. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even as a punishment.

very disapointing will look at other locations for my workers
Pros:

the room space was good and location
house jkeeping was ok

Cons:

Breakfast buffet for the 5 days were cold
dining room was super hot and very stifling to sit in and enjoy Funny thing waffle maker was broken on sat and sunday and monday it was operational
No tub plug add to use a washcloth to plug drain
Hot tub was broken and then fixed tempature settings
Dirty outside ciggarette buts every where and very icy no ice melt or traction.
Night Staff playing entrance tv loudly this is no quiet time in effect.

We had quiet and great sleeps in comfortable beds, pleasant staff and a nicely presented room.
Pros:

Breakfast had everything to please a person on the go and available until 10 or 11AM.

Cons:

The hot tub temperature was not regulated. One day it was 111'F which is way to hot, it was concerning to us so we notified the front desk & the problem was fixed.

Good location, affordable price

Cons:

Unfortunately it’s not the cleanest. Bathroom floor was cleaned with dirty mop , hair and streaky. Carpets in room had lint and string. Carpets in hallway are not vacuumed well, a lot of dirt from work boots in the elevator carried throughout the hotel floor.
