The staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly, great atmosphere. Really good value for money
It had everything I needed
Location, good food and drink and friendly staff
Our room was right at the back of the building so a bit of a trek and the kitchen extractor was right outside the window. No bedside cabinets. Toilet seat falling off. The whole place could do with a refurbishment
Conveniently located near Hull University in historical inn. Populair pub, Nice garden to sit outside . Large room with bath
Powersocket under desk hard to reach
Breakfast OK, but hot water in flask tasted a bit of coffee
The room was great very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my breakfast and dinner. The meals are well cooked and there is plenty on the plate and the deserts are great too. The staff are always helpful and friendly .
There isn`t anything I can think of that would have made my stay any better.
The location was good for me
Room 1 had a lot of mechanical noise outside all night.
The bathroom smelled and the basin didn't drain properly.
All the electric sockets and TV did not work so I could not charge my phone.
There were no supplies of coffee and milk when I arrived.
When I drew the curtains he pole fell in two and crashed down on me.
I had walk a long way to the room carrying my bags through many fire doors and up and down steps.
Neither restful nor relaxing.
Needs a face lift and a lift put in. How many stairs !!!!
Worn out feel
at first few days it was ok, but given that i dont eat pork it started to get boring after a while to eat the same thing every day, thank god am not much of an eater and am an easy person when it comes to food! everything else was great.
Great value for money, offered what we expected due to missing the overnight ferry. Evening meal was fine, parking good
Receptionist on evening could have been friendlier- the one the next morning was lovely. Long walk to the room
Good bed, shower. Good food.good Guinness. Good parking.good staff.
Quiz night much to loud furniture and carpets a bit scruffy.
Toilet seat had cracked paint- hygiene hazard, wooden skirting board round bath coming away.Accommodation part felt slightly run down and could do with a bit of a spruce up.
