A lovely clean hotel, friendly reception staff and a great location
Pros:

Lovely breakfast with good selection

Cons:

Mattress was too firm and the pillows were very uncomfortable. An extra sheet would be useful if too warm with quilt

Staff were extremely helpful upon check in, and the receptionist who saw to us told us everything we needed to know. We arrived slightly earlier than our check in time, but that was no issue to them. Great location, and an Uber only cost us €3 into the city centre. River view rooms have a stunning view.

Cons:

Very hard to fault for what we required for our short stay holiday. Maybe a little bit of a small option on the hot side of the breakfast buffet options, but it was still lovely and filling nevertheless.

Manzarası terası konumu çoo çok güzeldi.Kahvaltısıda çeşitliydi nehir manzarasında hergün kahvaltı yapmaktan çok keyif aldık, yine restaurantta temiz ve kahve icecek secenekleri yeterliydi

Sadece bizim icn tek eskisi daha tammerkezi otel isteyenler icin bir tık yürüme mesafesi uzun yine biz hep yürüyerek meydana gittik ama sürekli yokuş olduğu icin meydana yürümek bir tık zor kalıyor bizim icin tek eksisi bi tık uzaklıgıdyı ama manzarası ve yeri yinede muhtesemdi(1.5 km civari yürüyüs yarısı yokus)

The room with the view of the Dom Luis bridge was a delight, we loved our stay in this hotel!
Pros:

Location on the Duoro was beautiful. The staff were really friendly, and we had a brilliant time. The hotel room/apartment had excellent facilities, with a lovely shower and beautiful bedroom.

Cons:

The location is amazing, on the river, however those who don’t enjoy lots of walking up and down steep stairs might struggle. But it’s a minor hassle for such a great hotel.

Great location near a lot of great attractions.
Pros:

Great location near the main attractions with a delicious breakfast and 2 great resturants down the block. Great rooftop viewing area where we enjoyed some downtime. Close to the action and quiet.

Cons:

We had booked a room with a balcony, but was told one was not available at check in. We had ants crawling on the bathroom floor at night.
