Cons:

Tuve una equivocacion con la fecha al reserva, me di cuenta al segundo y llame, la chica no me supo resolver nada y que esperara, paso mas de un dia para la respuesta cobrando un suplemento de 19 euros por el error (la reserva era sin reembolso pero yo no estaba cancelandola, tuve una equivocacion) al llegar la recepcionista super borde, se le pregunto porque el suplemento y solo dijo que la noche de un viernes no es la misma que un sabado cuando yo lo habia visto y solo habia un euro de diferencia. La chica fue super borde y nos invito a irnos. La verdad lo unico bueno la ubicación, para no volver.

No creo que vuelva, no descansé NADA

Una ubicación muy buena

Cons:

La cama cojeaba, se movía y hacía ruido
El desayuno tipo continental muy escueto
El aparcamiento es muy muy incómodo, había leído comentarios y bueno me manejo bien con mi furgo(1,95mtr de alto), para aparcar hay que maniobrar da igual que lo hagas con un turismo

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la atención del personal.

Cons:

Habitación a un patio interior y las vistas hacia arriba a un tanatorio. Me hubiera gustado vistas al campo volantín. Y que solicité una cama grande y me pusieron dos camas juntas.

El hotel está muy bien situado y cerca del centro. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Se disparo una noche una alarma de incendios, porque en alguna habitación se fumo. Fue muy escandaloso y sino fue en nuestra habitación, no entiendo porque se oyó tanto. Fue muy escandaloso.

Ubicación perfecta para conocer Bilbao.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Se encuentra al lado del rio, a 100 m del ayuntamiento, a 5 min de la estación de Renfe. Para viajar por temas administrativo, su ubicación es previlegiada. Porque están el consulado de vzla y colombia a 3 min. Las habitaciones son super cómodas con aseos muy limpio y modernos. El desayuno estaba muy bien también.

Cons:

El desayuno está normal. Incluiría alguna proteína como huevo para tener otra opción. Sin embargo, es variado y muy bueno.
