De lokatie, dichtbij alles. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Auto mocht tegen kleine bijbetaling de laatste dag langer blijven staan in parkeergarage, top.

Cons:

Ik had gevraagd om aparte bedden wat gelukkig mogelijk was maar het was dus invalidenkamer. Niet erg hoor maar wasbak en toilet erg laag voor ons. De douche lekte heel erg, heel de vloer was nat.
Kamer kan wel wat aankleding gebruiken, beetje erg kaal.

Aan te bevelen hotel
Pros:

Prima locatie, op loopafstand van tal van bezienswaardigheden. Heel aardig en attent personeel, goede bedden en uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Bijzonder dat zo'n goed hotel slechts 2 sterren heeft.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de todo lo necesario para conocer en Bilbao, muy buen parking y en especial la brillante atención de las personas de la recepción, en especial el Sr Felix siempre muy dispuesto a darle solución a las consultas realizadas.

A localização é ótima. O quarto é novo e limpo.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco apertado. As cobertas poderiam ser melhores também. O café da manhã não estava muito bom, faltou variedade e os pães não estavam frescos.
