Zentral und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung und Lage des Hotels. Sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Toll auch, dass wir nach dem auschecken ohne zusätzliche Kosten unser Auto in der Tiefgarage noch stehen lassen durften.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist wie so oft in Spanien ultra eng. Man muss gut Auto fahren können und das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein. Das Frühstücksbuffett war etwas zu einfach. Frisches Obst und mehr Auswahl vor allem auch für Vegetarier wäre nett gewesen.

Prima hotel om Bilbao te ontdekken
Pros:

Leuk hotel op een goede locatie aan de rand van het centrum met aardig personeel, nette kamer en goed ontbijt. Er is ook een café/bar aanwezig voor een drankje. Het is ca. 15 min lopen vanaf de bushalte voor de bus van/naar het vliegveld. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Bilbao zal ik het weer boeken.

Cons:

Kleinigheid: geen eieren bij het ontbijt

Excellent location, Pleasant staff, clean and clean and tidy
Pros:

The location was excellent. Walking everywhere and looking over the river. The Guggenheim was a 10 minute walk. The old town area was a five minute walk.

Cons:

My only issue, which isn’t a huge issue but can be, I wanted two glasses of ice one evening, there were two of us staying in the room, and agent said we could only have one glass of ice free and would have to pay $.50 euro for the second one.

Cama desconfortável, atoalhados e mobiliário de fraca qualidade, cheiro a tabaco no quarto, ruído contínuo durante a noite. Parking a 19 euros por noite. Pequeno-almoço apenas suficiente.

Bel hôtel très bien situé entre quartiers historiques et musee Guguenheim. Tout est accessible à pied. Je recommande. Parking sous-terrain Indigo Arenal moins de 10 min pied.
