Hotel bien ubicado.
Pros:

El alojamiento es correcto.
El personal fue muy amable y atento.
Nos ayudó con las dudas que teníamos y nos aconsejó sobre qué visitar en Bilbao.
Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a los principales puntos turísticos fue fácil llegar caminando.

The hotel is located in the best spot of the city, in a walking distance from the Museums, the old city and the new city center. The rooms are big enough and face the river.

Great stay in ideal location.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to downtown and the Guggenheim. Bicycles were safe (stored in garage). Room was comfortable. Liked it so much that we extended our stay by an extra day.

Pros:

La atención un 10

Cons:

Limpieza regular, podría mejorar un poco. Cuando llegamos la habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, es decir, habían fumado en la habitación y ni siquiera se había molestado en echar algún tipo de ambientador para que se quitara ese olor, tuve que echar yo mi colonia para que se te quitara un poco. La cama por un lado estaba hundida.

Pros:

Hotel in una posizione centrale e ottima per girare la città a piedi.
La camera era carina e moderna, con tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno in città.
Personale cordiale e accogliente.

Cons:

Mancava il frigobar in camera, che sarebbe stato utile
per tenere l’acqua fresca per via delle alte temperature di questi giorni. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene e il portasapone della doccia era da sostituire.

Pros:

Die Lage ist in Bilbao top, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß. Zum Guggenheim Museum sind es rd. 10 Minuten.
Die Qualität des Zimmers und des Bads waren angemessen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Nur pappiges Brot mit Belag. Rührei mit Speck oder einen frischen Obstsalat suchte man vergeblich.
Die beiden Kaffeeautomaten waren so langsam, dass man ständig warten musste.

No tenía frigonar en la habitación. Nos parece lamentable que un hotel de este tipo y precio no lo tenga disponible.
La atención del personal al check in fue bastante antipática. La recepcionista al check out - por el contrario - se destacó por su amabilidad
