Very satisfied and will go back to this location if and when I return to the Valley.
Pros:

Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks when we arrived and at breakfast, server was very friendly and helpful. He heated scrambled eggs for my sister and kept checking up on us. Room very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here 2 previous times because we had great experiences before.

Cons:

All good. Only thing was that room was not ready for us at 3pm. I believe we didn't get the room until close to 5pm. However, we had our complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited so no worries with the wait.

Cons:

It’s to close to airport, if you were downstairs the airplane sound was loud and in the 6 flloor the room feels.

Pros:

Our server clarissa was so lovely she attended with so much love and was always coming to check on us if we needed anything never felt more safe!! The food was amazing and so well organized.
