no funcionaba el clima, no recibimos el reembolso.

Llegamos y no funcionaba el clima, nos dijeron que nos fueramos a otro hotel en el cual no pagamos nada (pero la calidad no era la misma de lo que pagamos por el embassy) y nos idjeron que nos rembolsarian la noche, lo cual nunca paso. El que nos atendio (no era su culpa) pero se estaba tardando demasiado porque no sabia que hace rpor elhecho de que el clima no funcionaba en todo el hotel.

Pros:

We always stay at this location. To be honest, we stay here because of the house band. Once again we were disappointed they weren't showing up until Saturday!

Everything was great at this hotel! Will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing. The staff at breakfast was always friendly and great. The whole ambiance of the hotel was very inviting.

Cons:

This was twice we had small issues with either television or network problems but the staff took care of it immediately this time around.
