It’s very beautiful great location, close to a lot of shopping centers.
The customer service. Front desk seemed with a bad attitude didn’t even greet us not even tell us what the stay includes. We had to figure it out by asking other employees. We got only one fabulous greeter which was at night time his name was Domingo he was fabulous . And one great waiter her name was Sharon. Need to work on customer service.

One male person at the front desk was very rude and not even trying to be helpful with my reservation.
love the Embassy because of the free happy hours and the food is amazing plus the Saturday dancing
had to leave check out and go home

Si puideran poner personal en recepcion k hable tambien español estaria genial ,pues si se me dificulta un pokito xk no hablo nada ingles ,pero de ahi en adelante todo con toda y esta situacion no cambiariamos nuestra estadia en este hotel al cual le doy mas de 10 estrellas

Our room were given to us super late because the computer system was down so we got our rooms until 8:40 pm
