It was great!
Pros:

You had one staff member that was exceptional. Forgot his name but he walked with a cane. He greeted us and learned our names. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful with anticipating our needs.

Perfect
Pros:

We stay every year for ghe Kite Festival, antiques and just relaxing in the room crafting. This year we asked for top floor because of past issues with kids above us rolling around on the stools early in the morning and late at night.. so we very much appreciate your accommodations of the top floor! We will see you again next year

Cons:

You need to rotate your mattresses.. Ideally people use the one side of the bed and it shows.. the opposite side of the bed is firm and comfy and the side in the wall space is sagged.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but ok.
Staff was great throughout the stay.

Drawers in bath vanity great way to extend the area.
Overall upscale quality.

Cons:

Location and directions to front entrance.
Lost hot water for most of one day. Was promised an adjustment to our bill which didn't happen.

Pros:

Sheets& standard size pillows do not feel or smell clean at all. King size pillows should be with king bed. Bathroom should be stocked with at least three towels instead of two.

The rest of the hotel was clean (public areas & outside).

Cons:

I found drywall dust on my mirror and the corner of the dresser. I also noticed coffee grounds on the back wall of the lower coffee slide out.
