このお値段なら納得！
Pros:

ザ！ビジネスホテルって感じ。駅近で、手ごろなお値段。駅前のコンビニが24時間じゃないのが、残念。一応、ランドリーもあるし、朝食は食べた事ないけど、評判が良い。宿泊者じゃない近所の方が利用してました。

集中管理とのことでエアコンが暑かった。
朝食が美味しくなかった。塩鮭がガスガスで硬すぎる。
素泊まりで
朝食はコンビニで十分だったかも。
お風呂の仕切りのカーテンがカビていた。

1万円も出して泊まりたくはない。
4500円レベルならオッケーですが。
この度は1万円近くの値段だったので
安いゲストハウスの方が断然良い。

Pros:

お安く提供されているビジネスホテル。設備は古いですがスタッフさんはフロントの方も朝食会場の方も皆さんにこやかで、気持ち良い接客をされるホテルでした。

早いフライトなので前泊で利用。駅から近くて飲食店もあるので良いです。が、泊まった部屋はバスタブの排水が悪く、洗面の方へ逆流してました。それだけがマイナスポイント。

少し建物が古い感じはしたが、普通のビジネスホテルだと思う。
過去の悪い口コミを見て、行くまでは不安だったが、いたって普通のホテルだった。
廊下の音は聞こえるし、隣の部屋の物音も聞こえるが、大きい音で響くわけではなく、眠るのに気になるほどではなかった。高いお金を出して泊まるとウーンという感じだが、それなりの値段で泊まる分には納得できると思う。
