Booked an accessible room for a wheelchair user. Bathroom had a tub, which was extremely difficult for her to access. Expectation was that there would be a level entry shower

Now that I know more about Calgary, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the location!

The hotel was located close to an area frequented by homeless people, drunks and junkies. Some of these people were incapable of standing. Police and security guards were constantly responding to issues!

Geröumige Zimmer und gute Ausstattung der Suiten.

Cons:

Pros:

Our room was big enough for 5 people, I like the bed sheet, it was clean and smells good.

Cons:

Some of the staff during our breakfast was kinda unpleasant. Probably they are just tired. Hopefully they can be accommodating and smile a bit.

La peggior colazione mai fatta: inesistente e attesa lunga per sedersi visti i pochissimi posti a sedere. Poi mancava tutto sia stoviglie che cibo e nonostante questo alle 9 del mattino chiude e devi pagarla al bar
