Overall it was a good sta.
Pros:

We absolutely loved the staff. They are so friendly and helpful

Cons:

We asked for new sheets but they just made our bed with same old sheets
There was no robes or slippers in the room
The kitchen wasn't well equipped
The kitchen cabinets were bit wonky
There was only 1 big blunt knife in the kitchen, no liquid soap nd no scissors we had to ask for it.

it was a great exspeerience and we would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was great but we came a 1.2 hr. before it finished and there was not much left from the buffet.

Really enjoyed our visit to Calgary and this hotel was perfect.
Pros:

It is situated downtown near to Scotiabank Arena. We used it whilst on holiday and taking in an NHL game. We watched the Calgary Flames and this hotel was ideally situated.

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate but could have had more ‘hot’ dishes available.

Pros:

The room was VERY tidy and Smelt Really Nice, The View was Amazing from my Room. The Staff were Very Friendly and Helpful with so Much. I recommend to stay here again in one of my stays in the future.
