Pros:

The room was VERY tidy and Smelt Really Nice, The View was Amazing from my Room. The Staff were Very Friendly and Helpful with so Much. I recommend to stay here again in one of my stays in the future.

No hot water
Pros:

It's a Hilton.

Cons:

Had an issue with hot water. Maintenance didn't resolve the problem. I had cold showers. I was told it was fixed. This is the second time I have stayed in this Hilton and both times I experienced no hot water. Not the way to treat honours members.

Quarto escuro, tv em ângulo desconfortável para quem quer assistir da cama, meu irmão teve o carro assaltado no estacionamento do hotel e eles negaram a filmagem quando requisitado para poder acionar o seguro.

Friendly staff, good amenities within the room (well-stocked and good-sized kitchenette).

Cons:

Shower water was only warm for approximately 30 seconds before turning cold, so we had no hot showers. Breakfast buffet only goes to 9am which is very early, although the selection was good. Sheets etc. smelt a bit musty like they had been sitting in a cupboard for months, they didn’t feel/smell fresh.

It is located right on the edge of town, in Downtown Calgary and the area felt a bit rough/unsafe.

Lovely hotel with good facilities
Pros:

We really enjoyed our breakfasts here, there was a really good choice of food and the staff always tried to find you a table as quickly as possible. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Although we didn't use the restaurant on an evening we did eat at the bar and the food was good.

Cons:

The hotel was slightly of the centre of things.
