Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany, z tego hotelu wszędzie jest blisko

Śniadania urozmaicone, smaczne, duży wybór.

Cons:

Nie podoba mi się praktyka hotelu. Chodzi o to że po wyborze najtańszej obcji nie ma możliwości opłacenia karta, bo jest dziwna blokada. Z tego powodu wybrałem opcję droższa (o kilka stuwek) i tutaj problemy z opłatą nie wystąpiły. W ten sposób hotel jest do przodu o kilka stuwek.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, od samego wejścia do hotelu do momentu opuszczenia go obsługa była dostępna dla gości, z uśmiechem na twarzy, pomagali z każdym problemem i rozterką. Pełen profesjonalizm i świetna atmosfera. Dzięki temu wyjazd był jeszcze bardziej udany. W hotelu znajduje się też sporo punktów, które można odwiedzić podczas pobytu tj. basen, spa, restauracja czy bar, co jest świetnym rozwiązaniem podczas słabej pogody czy zwykłego wieczoru spędzonego w hotelu.

Pobyt w hotelu bardzo mi się podobał! Pokój był czyściutki, wszystko zadbane i naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Dużym atutem jest też basen i strefa SPA-świetne miejsce, żeby odpocząć i zrelaksować się po całym dniu.
Miałam też małą wpadkę przy rezerwacji przez Booking.com i pomyliłam datę pobytu. Hotel podszedł do tego bardzo elastycznie i bez żadnego problemu pomógł mi zmienić termin. Bardzo doceniam takie podejście do gości.
Zdecydowanie polecam! Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę!
