Pros:

施設・設備などは清潔感がありとても好印象でした
スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです
高層の建物で無く2階建ての建物が数棟で構成されていて使い勝手は良かったです

Cons:

上記の反面、階段のみの2階の一番奥の部屋だったため重い荷物が一寸きつかったかな
それとワガママ言わせてもらえば、バイク用に屋根のある駐車スペースがあれば最高でした

お値段の割には大満足
Pros:

ビラタイプなので静かに過ごせた。
飲食店やスーパーや100円ショップなどが周辺に立ち並んでいるので便利だと思う。
ホテルはビジネス向きだが家族利用なども多かった

Cons:

分かってはいたがビラタイプで2階の建ての建て物で階段のみしか無い。
観光目的のスーツケースだと荷物の運びや氷などをもらいに行く時や大浴場などに行く場合に常に階段利用が辛かった。

親切ななヴィラビジネスホテル
Pros:

事前に杖使用の旨を伝えたところ一階のロビーに近い部屋にしていただきました。
ホテルはとても清潔感がありました。
空気清浄機があるのも◎
大浴場のアメニティはハーブの香りで気に入りました。
忘れ物の電話連絡がとてもありがたかったです。
ミニクリアファイルにはお守りが入っていたので送ってくださった事に大変感謝しています。
お伊勢参りの際にまた利用したいと思いました。

スタッフの対応も良く、喫煙部屋への変更もスムーズにして頂いて良かったです。

Cons:

駅から距離があり、ホテルの周辺に飲食店が少なかったので、近くに海鮮など伊勢でしか食べれない店があれば良かった。

Good value for money but the rooms are a pretty cramped.
Pros:

Value for money wise, this hotel is a winner. Was one of the cheapest options available for the dates we booked, even with the buffet breakfast included, but had more to offer than many of the more expensive options. Proper Japanese bath for one (not onsen sadly but better than having to use the tiny in-room capsule shower). Free onsite parking. Free coffee machine in the lounge.

There's an Aeon super market across the road, as well as a 7-11 and a heavy duty coin laundromat.

Staff seemed friendly enough, but honestly we barely interacted with them after checking in.

Cons:

The room was so small it you'd think the hotel was in the middle of Tokyo. No where to put luggage (except on the floor seats), barely enough room for two people to move around each other. Entry way so cramped you have to enter and leave one at a time.

Location-wise, it's a bit out of the way. We had a rental car so that wasn't a problem for us, but you'd have to get a taxi to get to the shrine or station/downtown area.

The buffet breakfast was a bit weird (was a bit different both days we stayed at least). Was neither traditional Japanese nor western, honestly it seemed more like an izakaya dinner than a breakfast buffet... takoyaki, fried chicken, potato croquets. Only eggs on offer were some weird mini omelettes one day then raw eggs the next. No bacon at all, not even the little sausages you see everywhere. The salad bar and fruit selection was pretty sad. The croissants were the saving grace.

The layout is also strange, a collection of separate buildings connected by covered walk ways. More like an apartment complex than a hotel.
