There nothing good to say. The towel dirty, the Blanket was dirty and uncomfortable. The room dirty. The service was so so. Definitely not to return here.

Everything is ok except about the iron request

It was a family trip on a low budget. So the quality of the hotel was expected.
Staff was generally helpful. The neighbourhood s a little ‘slump’. But there are lots of food in the night.

Nice place for short trip. Price are reasonable, has been staying there for pass few months.

The hotel was OK. But there was no signage with the hotel's name on the building making locating the hotel a problem. No bottled water or coffee & tea making facilities.

First, I've booked the room before the day I checking in. However, the receptionist said didn't receive my booking. The attitude of the receptionist was bad!! Second, I was requested two single bed in my booking request. However, the receptionist said they only have queen bed provided in their hotel.
Third, the room was smelly and dusty.
I will not go again.

Very bad customer service, burn our deposit because of small thing, even though we already ask permission. The receptionist also mock us because get cheap using hotels.com.

I booked through expedia n got RM75 per night. Booked for four days. Check in on the date booked. But hotel management said i cancelled my booking n asked me to pay normal price which is Rm90. When I asked the stuff they showed me whatsapp msg from management said i cancelled even i showed them details of my booking. I only stay for 2 night. Felt being cheated. Will not go again

Satisfied with the money i spend. Will recomend it to my friend for sure.

Male receptionist was not accommodating. Didn't even bother to greet first or even smile at guests. Tried to deny us just because of the "booking number" which he insisted we don't have eventhough we showed all the supporting files required to confirm our hotel booking. It took us almost an hour before he let us go in.
