Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

The suite is clean and spacious, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff has good service and good attitude.
The hotel near MRT station so it's very convenient.

Cons:

Long waiting time to check in the hotel. Reason given was there was only one suite unit, thus we had to wait until the cleaning done.

Below Average Hotel With Lovely Staff
Pros:

The staff were all very nice and helpful despite the below average facilities. The bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is literally falling apart. The key cards I relieved both worked one time, then needed reconfiguring. Every time I left the room, I'd need to get them re-done. Step out to fill up water from the water dispenser - locked out, go to reception to redo the card. Go downstairs to pickup food delivery - locked out, go back to reception to redo the card. The wifi was very on and off also. Sometimes it was fine, then completely non-existent. Same for the cold water in the bathroom. I wasn't able to shower two night because it was scolding hot. Also no water to flush the toilet.
