Kein 4 Sterne Hotel!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht alle neu & exrem klein. Wir hätten eine. Aufpreis von mehr als 100€ pro Tag zahlen müssen um ein neueres Zimmer zu bekommen. Mit dem geworbenen Infinitypool Foto hat das nicht zu tun. Dies gehört nur zu einem Zimmer. Eingangstür komplett ranzig.

Durch diese mehrmaligen Stresssituationen war der Urlaub nicht entspannend

Pool , direkter Zugang zum Strand,

Der zuerst zugewiesene Parkplatz war viel zu klein(Für einen Polo passend aber nicht größer) und sehr weit vom Hotel entfernt , nach Absprache mit dem Hotel (Parkwächter konnte nur Italienisch) durfte ich vor der Haustür parken mit Garantie das dieser überwacht wird . In der 2 Nacht wollte dann jemand in mein Auto einbrechen (Auto hat Videos gemacht ) . Bedeutet für mich der Parkplatz war nicht überwacht .

so eine schlechte Stimmung beim Personal hab ich überhabt noch nie gesehen. Es sind nie Teller verfügbar gewesen, beim Buffet ist auch immer das Essen ausgegangen. es wurden keine Teller und Tassen auf die Tische neu aufgedeckt. Mann musste immer nachfragen. Es ging alles sehr langsam. Soviel Personal und nichts ist passiert. Sie haben sich immer sehr lange mit den eigenen Leuten unterhalten. Man hat das Gefühl, das sie für die Gäste nicht da sind.
ich buche dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mehr!!!!!
