Lousy
Pros:

Key didnt work fir room entrance staff didnt speak english well ununderstandable, elevator out of service, we were on third floor previously a smoking floor, it stunk, husband has had knee replacements had difficulty with going up and diwn 3 flights of stairs continually.
Will not stay there again

A comfortable family stay with spacious rooms, helpful service, and convenient parking
Pros:

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. If you are visiting the South Rim, this is a good place to stay. The breakfast and other facilities were nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even assisted us with the laundry. We really appreciated her service. The best part was the large room size and the convenient parking.

Close to downtown Route 66. Very updated hotel and good breakfast!

Elevator was not working but was not that big of a deal.

Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon
Pros:

The location is very convenient — just about an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Die Dusche war komplett dreckig und verkalkt und der Wasserhahn in der Dusche war defekt/ ging ab und an nicht.
Der Fahrstuhl ging ein paar Tage nicht.
Diie Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, es lag getrockneter Hundekot auf dem Teppich, in der Ecke des Zimmers. Die Betten und der Boden waren voller dunkler Haare und Tierhaare (teilweise ganze Büschel). Überall an den Wänden und an der Decke waren Flecken.
Die Klimaanlage roch bei Benutzung sehr unangenehm, sodass wir sie nicht benutzen könnten. Das Frühstück war sehr einfältig und es gab nur Einweg Besteck/ Geschirr.
