Disappointing 2nd time staying here.
Pros:

Able to get a room. Allowed 2 dogs. Near to Grand Canyon Distillery (but it was closed when we went there).

Cons:

There was not a room available with 2 beds, so we got a queen and sofa sleeper. At check-in they knew we were looking to use 2 beds, yet did not tell us that bedding for the sleeper sofa was not in the room. At bedtime, we called the front desk to ask where it was, and was told to come down to get it. He ended up bringing some up to the room, but apparently wasn't familiar with the concept of top & bottom sheets, and a blanket, and brought one sheet and a bedspread. It took a number of trips to, and finally down to the front desk to assure we got the right items... and then had to make up the sleeper sofa. I WAS NOT happy. We stayed here a few years ago and liked it, but probably will find another hotel next time in the area.

The Saturday breakfast eggs with cheese made me a might uncomfortable in stomach...the sunday and monday breakfast were fine.

Cons:

The desk clerk gave us very poor directions to the train reservation area...had to call them and then go back next day

Front desk cancelled my reservation while I was trying to check in.
Cons:

The front desk employee could not locate both of our reservations. She was checking us into the room she found. I told her we would not be checking in unless we also had the second room with two beds. She said she did not like my attitude and cancelled my reservation reservation and said she was done talking to me. I never raised my voice or said anything rude. It was very puzzling.
