Estadia muito boa e útil.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, cama confortável, equipe muito simpática, localização excelente, ambiente silencioso, tudo muito limpo. Recomendo

Cons:

Por incrível que pareça a reserva não foi encontrada, mesmo que estivesse ativa no aplicativo da booking. Como havia quartos disponíveis, foi oferecido um quarto da mesma categoria e no mesmo preço da reserva.

Conforto e banheiro. Incluindo a limpeza. Excelente.

Cons:

MTA bagunça, pois tinham jogadores de futebol instalados lá também e que não tinham respeito nenhum, fomos para descansar e havia MTA gritaria e bagunça nos corredores e café da manhã.

Não usei, dormi em outro hotel, bem melhor e por somente R$20,00 reais a mais.
Cons:

Considerando que o valor da diária não era tão baixo, embora acessível, não prestei muito atenção na autenticidade das imagens e, quando cheguei, me deparei com instalações muito a quem da expectativa. Quarto super apertado e muito simples, reclamei e me ofereceram um quarto melhor, embora a recepcionista, gentilmente, me disse que o que eu havia reservado seria aquele oferecido na primeira opção. Após analisar muito, saí para jantar e resolvi pegar outro hotel, pois precisava de mais conforto (não descarreguei a bagagem). Por já se fazer tarde da noite, super cansado, optei por não reclamar e aceitei a cobrança. Na pesquisa respondi como "Não aplicável" alguns itens porque não os havia utilizado e, por isso os poderia avalia-los. Ressalvo que a recepcionista foi muito gentil e prestativa, única pessoa com quem mantive contato, o problema foi em relação as instalações. As imagens não são nítidas o suficiente para mostrar que são instalações desgastadas com o tempo. Mas fui bem tratado.
