Pros:

The clean service in the room was remarkable - they even tided up my suitcase and lovingly lined up all my scattered makeup. Also the location is great. Early check in and overall staff was super nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor to my choice and the coffee was disgusting + no almond milk and it was hard to find salt.

Pros:

Nice pool, alongside the river

Cons:

The AC filter was extremely dirty which bred mold and it made me sick. 30 minutes in the room when I arrived and I started to get runny nose, throat painful, etc … so next day I asked them to verify the filters, they did … and employee admitted it was really dirty. Made me sick for the rest of my short stay.

They also only did the room only twice over my 4 nights stay

מלון מאוד נחמד וזול אבל יש כמה בעיות רציניות, הניקיון חדרים מתבצע החל מ9 בבוקר ועד שעה מעוד מאוחרת וב10 ימים שהייתי שם יצא לי גם לקום מזה שרצו לבוא לנקות את החדר וגם יצא לי מקרה לא נעים שחזרתי למלון ב18:25 ואני רואה שעדיין מנקים את החדר.. לדעתי זה לא הגיוני.
בנוסף לזה סגרתי את החדר עם הטרסה, ובכל התמונות גם באתר שלהם המיטה מופיעה למעלה מה שהגיוני יותר כי זה הופך את הקומה תחתונה לסוג של סלון, מסתבר שיש בהם חדרים שזה הפוך והספה והעמדת עבודה למעלה שזה מאוד לא נוח ומבאס.
מעבר לזה הארוחת בוקר המיקום והצוות היו אחלה

I would stay here again. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was really good with loads of options.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were amazing. My son had an incident while we were there where he chipped his tooth in the pool and the staff were so responsive and called a taxi for us to the hospital. They came up to the room to make sure we were ok and ready for the hospital. The room was comfortable and perfect for us.

Cons:

Everything was fine. I do not have any negative comments. Some parts in the hotel did look a little aged and could do with being modernised.

Great location and breakfast. Room small but clean.
Pros:

Location was 7 minute walk from MRT, close to restaurants, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Not sustainably friendly - plastic water bottles, towels changed each day, and couldn’t see recycling.

Pros:

Alles in dit hotel was top, ligging bij Robertson quay. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met allerlei opties, je kon eten met zich op de rivier. Kamers waren zeer comfortabel en proper. Zwembad en gym zijn ook zeer mooi en modern

Расположение отличное, рядом есть все.

Cons:

Номер оказался не таким просторным, мы воспользовались душевыми, так как приехали раньше и хотели заселиться заранее, но душевая не такая как ожидали и отсутствие rest room. В целом неплохо, но больше сюда не вернусь))
