Good but not great.
Pros:

Coppins Restaurant was wonderful. Wait staff there was very attentive and friendly!!! Property is very beautiful!

Cons:

NOISE! We were in the North building directly across from bar on corner of Madison and 7th. VERY loud street noise (boisterous people talking loudly, sirens, and loud people in hall) until 3:00am and sirens until 4:00am. Saturday night was better but still very noisy. Also, lighting in bathroom is terrible for ladies putting on makeup. No direct lighting over vanity, just backlight behind the mirror. Knowledge bar bartender was a little rude and dismissive. We seemed to be bothering him. I would expect better for $16 cocktails.

Fantastic stay and 5 star hospitality!
Pros:

The entire staff at hotel was top notch, from Edward and Michael at the Valet stand to front desk check in process was inviting and seamless. We forgot our hair spray and before we could even blink someone was upstairs knocking on our door! Fabulous event for New Years Eve and we will definitely be back.

Amazing!
Pros:

Loved our stay, especially the dog friendly atmosphere. I appreciated that the rooms w re sound proof. It really helped us sleep well and keep our dog from barking

we stayed there three times and would go back.
Pros:

This location is good to be close to the city without having to drive in it. Depending on the room, it can be noisy. It is typical of other cities in the noise level. It was especially fun to be there at Christmas because of the decorations and all facilities were open. The restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The beds could’ve been a little bit softer. But overall, the room felt luxurious.

Pros:

Hotel Covington provides a great luxury feeling. There was an issue with my bathroom toilet and they sent someone to fix it within minutes.
