Superbe
Pros:

On a tout aimé. La gentillesse de la gérante, la bonne literie. Bref que du bonheur. Même si il y a la musique du bar voisin ce qui n'est pas la faute de la dame, nous avons bien dormi. J'avais mes bouchons d'oreilles et rien à redire.

Great heritage design. Friendly staffs. Great location except can hear loud music and singing from nearby bar at night.

A great place to stay in Georgetown
Pros:

Room was beautiful and so great to have a pool with complimentary ice creams
Staff were fabulous, they even spoilt me for my birthday which was so special.
Location was perfect for us

Pros:

This is a very nice heritage hotel in a great location in Georgetown. The room size is very good, the pool and lounge area are nice and the staff were really great - friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The speed of the WiFi is very slow a lot of the time and drops out occasionally. The four poster bed was nice but the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.

Sfeervol, gastvrij, comfortabel en mooi.
Pros:

Een oase van rust in de hectiek van de stad. Ontzettend mooi qua inrichting, prachtig! Ruime kamer waar we makkelijk met 3 volwassenen konden verblijven. Het zwemad is heel fijn en leuk dat daar ook een vriezer met ijsjes staat. Het personeel is geweldig, vriendelijk, gastvrij. Ook fijn dat je midden in het sfeervolle deel van Georgetown zit, jd raakt hier niet uitgekeken en niet uitgegeten😉.

A pleasant and comfortable short stay.
Pros:

Room is large and clean and the bed is firm and comfortable. Location is close to the Love Lane where there are numerous cafes and to also a short walk to Chulia Street food market.

Cons:

There was a faint music from the neighbourhood on some nights but it did not affect our sleep.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of old Georgetown with great staff and a lovely pool!
Pros:

The best location to see the sights of Georgetown! Lovely reception, the pool was so refreshing! Our room was beautifully decorated and so functional! Also, free water filling station by the pool and a kettle with coffee and tea in the rooms Also, the staff, especially Martin and Suffian were fantastic- professional, friendly, and full of good advice! We lived everything about the Muntri Grove!

Pros:

Lovely old building converted to hotel rooms. Spacious and clean. Pool was clean. Staff helpful annd pleasant. Not luxury but comfortable

No breakfast.
The nearby karaoke bar. Obviosly outside the hotel's control and they do offer earplugs

Wonderful stay at Heritage hotel
Pros:

Wonderful 5 night stay at the Muntri Grove with my daughter. Service was excellent and any requests were tended to immediately and with a smile. Property was comfortable, clean and well maintained. My daughter is gluten free and the receptionist ensured that she was provided sweet treats during her stay. Location wise it is walkable to the old town about 10-20 mins but when it’s hot used a grab which are very reasonably priced (less than 10 MYR).

Cons:

Noise from surrounding bars is loud particularly on a weekend but with ear plugs (supplied by staff) it didn’t trouble us.

Pros:

The hotel is 3 mins walking to the street where all the bars are.
Staff were very helpful.
Hotel room was great, bed really comfy, had the best nights sleeps there

Pros:

Beautiful and large room, location close to heart of historic area of Georgetown, great pool, super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

N/A There was some local music noise from bars on some nights (not every night) but it didn’t bother me and ear plugs are provided by management, in case.

Pros:

A very charming place. Huge bedroom. Incredible bed. Pretty good location with bars and restaurants around, 15mins by foot away from the main attractions.

Cons:

A bit overpriced in my opinion. The windows were giving on the outside corridor for every guest to go in their rooms. It had charm, but lacking some privacy.

Great location. Lovely rooms
Pros:

Great location to explore George Town on foot. Also near to restaurants and bars etc. staff were very helpful. Big and clean rooms.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. I wish I had known that if I had mentioned earlier, and hotel will provide you with a mattress topper
