Razoável, mas não vale o custo-benefício.
Pros:

Recepcionistas atenciosos, serviço de quarto rápido, localização ok, serviço de valet parking ágil

Cons:

O café da manhã não tem espaço suficiente para a demanda de hóspedes, não tem muita variedade e a coisa realmente gostosa é a tapioca, mas a fila é sempre enorme porque só há uma pessoa responsável por fazer, então a espera é de no mínimo 20 minutos. Além do problema no café da manhã, os dois elevadores do prédio não atendem a demanda, então é MUITO demorado. Mesmo utilizando o terceiro elevador (que é o de serviço, fica na parte próxima às escadas), a espera muitas vezes é longa. O ar condicionado do quarto que não gela o suficiente para o tamanho do cômodo, então fica quente. O quarto é escuro, principalmente à noite, então mesmo acendendo todas as luzes do quarto e do banheiro, fica difícil se arrumar/maquiar. Por fim, não tem kit de amenities e os itens disponíveis (shampoo 2 em 1 e sabonetes) são super simples.
