All staffs are amazing, breakfast, pool, and room.

The cross walk is bit faraway from the hotel and the drives as not so respectfully… we had issues to cross walk to go to the beach.

Conforto, excelente café da manhã e ótima localização.

Cons:

Arrumação do quarto. Nas 2 manhãs que saímos, ao retornar, as camas não estavam bem arrumadas, lençóis não foram esticado e estava bem amarrotados embaixo da colcha...não gostei muito disso, era um serviço simples.

Hotel muito bem localizado . Bem proximo de bons restaurantes da regiao . Distante 150 metros da praia . Estacionamento disponivel (pago, mad preco bem razoavel ) funcionarios atenciosos e prestativos . Possui um bom restaurante recomendado nas indicacoes gastronomicas da regiao (Yuru) .

Chuveiro com jato fraco de agua e não esquenta bem.
Café da manhã bem servido, mas com pouca variedade sem gluten;
Serviço de quarto deficiente, pois precisei de uma colher e tive que descer porque não tinha pessoal suficiente para levar ao quarto;
Um dos rapazes da recepção na monha que me atendeu na minha chegada e por ocasião da extensão da reserva precisa de treinamento para lidar com publico.
