The decoration of public bathhouse is retro style which is very attractive. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, the front desk staff was unprofessional due to check-in process was a bit confusing.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。
ちょっとデザートは少なかったですが、とにかく美味しかったです。
足が悪く長時間歩けない母を連れての宿泊だったので車椅子を館内お借りしました。
食事やお風呂に行くのにとても便利でした。
前もって電話をして車椅子の予約をしたのですが、その時の電話の方はすごく気持ちの良い対応をしてくださったのに、実際行ってのカウンターの方の対応は機械的な感じでした。
ちょっと残念でした。
あとお風呂に背もたれのあるシャワーチェアなどがあると良かったです。最近のホテルで置いてあるところもあり、とても助かったので検討していただきたいなぁと思いました。
外での車椅子を調べて借り、近くの大通り公園まで行くこともできて、久々の外出に母も喜んでくれました。
帰省しての親孝行ができ、私もとても楽しい思い出となりました。
機会があればまた宿泊させていただきたいです。

大浴池、早餐、地點方便
Pros:

大浴場很舒服、早餐美味有質感，連續吃兩天早餐，居然是有一些變化的，很滿意👍，另外有洗烘衣機、浴室有熱風機烘乾不能放烘衣機的衣服非常方便！

良かった:
1人でも安心て宿泊ができる。清潔感が有り、落ち着いている。大浴場も広く、脱衣場のアメニティ関係やドライヤーなど多めに有り、待つ事無くストレスを感じる事無く過ごせた。
食事何処はホテルの周りに沢山有り、好きな物が食べられた。男性スタッフさんも女性スタッフさんも感じ良かった。

少し残念:
AC電源が有ると尚良かった。遅い時間のロビーに多数の外国の方がいて、場所を占拠していたのが気になった。

One of the best Family Rooms hotel.
Pros:

Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation.
Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new.
Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED.
Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen.

全体的に清潔で、楽しめました。朝食も美味しく種類も豊富でした。残念だったところは、混雑情報と実態が異なり、大浴場が混みすぎていて入るのを断念しました。また、部屋のレンジ内が前の宿泊者が汚したままで、使う前に掃除することになったのが残念でした。扇風機は埃が溜まっていました。
清潔さはイマイチなところもありましたが、1泊なら我慢できる範囲でした。
