Pros:

Nice room with wood floor, AC, clean and the room was spacious.
It was simple but fuctional a comfortable.
The bed was on the hard side but for us was not a problem at all (as we prefer).
At the lobby there is some coffee, filtered water,.microwave with is very useful.
The owner was friendly and helpful, he made our stay uncomplicated.
The location is good as it's central to everything.

Cons:

No elevator, but we were on the 1st floor, so not really a problem

Indah khabar dari rupa. Bilik tidak seperti dalam gambar. Tidak berpatutan dengan harga yang mahal. Bilik sempit, toilet sempit. TV dan lampu bilik rosak. TV dapat tengok 2 channel sahaja. Owner beritahu bahawa tidak ada customer pernah tanya pasal TV. Tilam keras. Jangan stay lebih daripada satu malam. Cukup untuk tidur sahaja. Itupun dengan keadaan tilam yang keras. Kalau mau iron pakaian perlu pergi ke tingkat 1 dan iron pakaian dalam keadaan bilik yang panas seperti sauna. Sangat mengecewakan.

The location was superb, near Gaya street, pasar malam, shop n mart

Cons:

The hotel have no lift... The stairs so narrow.. Really tired...

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Location is very central. Walking distance from everything in KK (gaya street, waterfront, filipino market, jetty). Rooms are recently refurbished. It's quiet at night and comfortable. And on top of that the owner is very nice. I was super happy with my stay

Pros:

Nothing, they cancelled our accommodation on our supposed / planned day of arrival.

Cons:

Nothing as we didn't get there..They cancelled our booking on our arrival day. How bad was that !!!! :(
