Pros:

Nice & caring services. As my parents came to Danang first, but they are not able to speak in English well. So the staffs keep whatsapp me to report how my parents in the hotel. When i have some reuqests for caring my parents, they took care of my parents very well, such as check-in & room services. So my parents like it so much and enjoy a lot in Danang.

Great stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. The staff were great from the moment the cab door opened.

Cons:

Windows not very sound proof. Luckily the bars shut around midnight

I would probably pick other newer hotels to stay
Pros:

Location of the hotel is convenient with respect to the beach and attractions, staff's hospitality is good.

Cons:

The rooms and property are very aged. The photos on Booking.com were probably taken when the hotel opened for the first time. The actual rooms' conditions is quie old, and aged. Air-conditioning is stale. Breakfast is passable, though a lot of variety.

An overall good stay but check out process needs work on.
Pros:

Very comfortable. Airy and light. Quick and efficient check in. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Was a little chaotic on check out. Rooms double and triple checked by hotel staff. There was a pair of flip flops missing but only one in room on arrival. Regardless of this they kept insisting on searching for them. Handed back room key and then staff were querying where it was.

Nice hotel in front of the beach
Pros:

Extensive breakfast buffet (but I cannot confirm if the offered dishes vary per day). Good Italian shower. Pillows were soft. Friendly professional staff. Good location in front of the beach.

Cons:

Unsecure and unstable wifi network. In our room at the end of the corridor of 9th floor, our devices got connected and disconncted every two seconds! Our room had no nice view, we looked at the wall of another building.
