Moreover, the departures and arrivals halls are conveniently located just a few floors above the hotel.

Please be informed that the room is rented for a maximum of a 4-hour use. Guests will only be allowed to stay in the rooms during the mentioned time period as listed in the room name.

Please be informed that the property is located on Basement B of Suvarnabhumi International Airport, next to the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link Station. For arrival flights, guests have to clear immigration and the baggage area before heading down (a Thai visa will be required).

Payments made in cash can only be made in Thai Baht (THB).

To comply with the airport security regulations, each room can accommodate only a maximum of only 1 guest. A child traveling with their parents under 12 years is allowed to stay in the same room, free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Far. It’s was my first time checking in the Boxtel and off course there will be questions, when asked she directly started saying do you want to stay or not, it’s like I don’t care attitude. When working in hospitality you got to be calm and polite. Staff is the face of the business.
