Kızımla Almanya'dan ani bir şekilde birkaç günlüğüne seyahat ettik. Otel çalışanları nazik ve güler yüzlü. Temiz ve konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Ayrıca ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı resepsiyon ekibine de teşekkürler. Artık İstanbul'a gelince uğrak yerimiz olacak

We went the river hotel for 6 nights, we really liked it because everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly, especially the receptionists, the breakfast was very good and there were multiple varieties. Its located near the train station so it was very easy transportation, we will visit again.

Issues from start. First they don't have parking (even though they say there is valet parking) none at all. You have to find parking yourself. I found 15 min walk from hotel for 600 tl. AC is not working. (They changed our room) it wasn't working there either. Bathroom smells bad. Had to keep windows open. Breakfast included but you have to pay extra for omlet. Stayed two nights was terrible. Would not suggest to anyone.

Mycket trevlig personal och mycket väl bemötande så man kunde bortse från små skavanker. Personalen hjälpte i högsta grad för vår trivsel.
Frukosten hade ingen variation och exakt samma pålägg och ost varje morgon.

Booked for 3 single bed, on arrival no room were available, looked for new hotel but unfortunately no luck, then we were given a tiny room with 2 beds, I hade to sleep on the floor, you could hardly get in to the shower, it was so small and very old and rusty, very very basic breakfast, the beds were very dirty and old and very uncomfortable, hardly sleep the 4 nights we stayed.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist praktisch und sehr zentral. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr nett und Freundlich. Wir wurden mit einer sehr sympathischen Art an der Rezeption empfangen, und bei jeglichen fragen wurde uns geholfen.

Camera vecchia, stratta, scarsa manutenzione. Il bagno dà una sensazione di poco pulito, gli asciugamani sanno di candeggina.
Unica nota positiva la cortesia del personale.
